Convenient location.
Centrally located as just few minutes to mall, places for food and masssge, bangla nightlife and beach. Clean room too.

This time was our second stay with RCB. However, this time round we faces some unpleasant attitudes from the reception staffs. Initially, we were offer with a room at the 6th floor, came to realize that the main door was not able to lock. We immediately inform the receptionist. Instead of changing us to another room, they told us to wait as they will get people to fix. We checked in to the room at around 10.45am, waited for almost 2hrs, no one call or turn up to our room. Pissed off and total disappointment. Ended up we took our baggages down to reception and request to change room. Rudely, they insisted that they will send people to fix the lock and refused to change another room for us and claimed that their hotel is fully booked; they even can try to convince us that they have CCTV in operation so no one will enter our room. It is total ridiculous and disappointment with their services and attitudes. Only after our insistence of changing room, they had a discussion among themselves, finally they offer to change us to another room. This is a real bad experiences with RCB compares to our previous stay with them.
Well, at least and only friendly one ee met is the housekeeping staff at the 2nd floor. She is very helpful and friendly. Every morning she definitely greets the guests staying there.
Overall, RCB is conveniently located. 3mins walk to Jungceylon, 2mins across to Bazaan, 5mins to Bangla and 10mins to beach. After experiencing such unpleasant incidents, we definitely hope the hotel management could do some trainings with the service staffs.

Small Hotel - Location in a construction zone

Hotel was quite small and in a construction zone. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach and right next door to the Muai Thai boxing staduim.
The rooms were ok for the money you paid for the hotel and had a balcony.
The wi fi in the rooms did not work and you needed to use the wifi in the foyer.
Breakfast was ok although I wouldnt eat there everyday, however for the money you get waht you pay for.
The pool roof top was the best and had great views.

the hotel staff do need more customer services training. especially when handling some lost items issue. during the check out, the reception inform us , our room had missing 2 towels which is not true, during the exchange communication, it seen that the receptionist always pinpointing at us we must forget to bring back after seaside activities, which we did not visit the beach at all. finally they accepted the reason and proof of evidences but we left away and always with this memory. overall this hotel location is good.if you happpen to stay please ensure that all items is there after they to the make up room to avoid unecessary issue.

It was a nice stay, nice room, breakfast, stunning roof top pool, all clean. But: it is really loud at night since there is a boxing stadium just around the corner! staff can be very unpolite.

New Hotel and Good Location

This hotel is a bit hard to find if you don't know Patong very well. It is just behind the new Bangla Boxing Stadium. Only 1-2 minutes walk to the shopping mall and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is new and clean. Good value for money.

The setting of the hotel is ok, close to a mall, many restaurants, 10 min walk to the beach. A bit loud because construction work is going on(not in the hotel but next to it) and the boxing stadium is just round the corner. The roof top pool is brilliant, rooms are nice andclean, breakfast is good. The staff is very unpolite or very helpful depending who is at the reception.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
To avoid the crowd at Patong beach go to Freedom beach with a long tail boat. It is worth it!

Very good location, near shops and mall. Some staff unfriendly. Poor wifi connection at first but it got better. Comfortable beds but terrible pillows, old and flat pillows. Better to not use pillows then. Very small tv. Small but ok toilet. The only problem with the toilet is that the shower head couldn't be adjusted. So if you turned the water to high, the water splashes out at the end of the bathtub. Other than that, the room and hotel was good.

Great location and massage just adjacent to the hotel. It was good. But the room was noisy, you can hear when people walking through the corridor and whole communication of your neighbor. The night receptionist was so unhelpful and she carrying with a face like you owe her a million. Awful breakfast. Overall, the prize that I paid, I could easily get a better hotel in somewhere else.
