next to tesco, near bangtao beach and surin, clean, room service, personal chef can cook for you at the villa, nice staff, private pool was perfect size lots of construction now - new 4 bedroom villas being built, front desk still working out kinks, language can sometimes be an issue, no tv in master bedroom, lots of stairs for 2-3 bedrooms. we had to watch our son (1.5 yrs old) non-stop, no place to walk outside the villa - no playground, communal areas so at times we felt stuck there. our master bathroom tub was very modern and looked cool, but was kind of dangerous getting out of it. We had a great time at the residence, but wish at times the private pool had a fence and that there was somewhere to walk around the property. our villa had all the modern conveniences, great kitchen and breakfast in the morning.
Hotel Feature Tip : bring detergent and other basics that you might need with a young family. even though there was tesco near us, we brought all of my son's milk with us, some dried pasta and detergent for the washing machine.

best hotel we have ever been to. Not so much a hotel just wonderful villa's with your own private pool (not a plunge pool but a 10 mtr X 3 mtr pool) all rooms in the villa were unbelievable. there was a FULLY fitted kitchen with a utility room,with a washing machine and dryer, whow!! Staff were very helpful and extremly pleasant, breakfast was the best I have had in thailand, made to order. not a good location but if you have a car its no problem. but tesco lotus is just along the road a bit best hotel we have ever been to. Not so much a hotel just wonderful villa's with your own private pool (not a plunge pool but a 10 mtr X 3 mtr pool) all rooms in the villa were unbelievable. there was a FULLY fitted kitchen with a utility room,with a washing machine and dryer, whow!! Staff were very helpful and extremly pleasant, breakfast was the best I have had in thailand, made to order. Bedrooms were huge, the bathrooms were the best, jsut a wonderfully restful holiday

Privacy, Service, Security and the seclusion of a wonderful resort. A bit of construction work but it did not have any effect on the Holiday. I came to this resort having read other reviews and I was more than satisfied they lived up to their content. This is a peaceful place offering total privacy and security which enables you to enjoy your holiday in full. I would not hesitate to return in the future and would strongly recommend it to anyone wanting a very relaxing holiday. Management and Stafff are excellent and ready attend to any requests you may have. It also has an excellent Spa and reatments facility.
Travel tip : Total Privacy of a wonderful Villa.

Beautiful place. period. My advise is to bring everything with you, including coffee as they did not even have this in the kitchen (although they did have tea!!) Over priced - they charged me 400 baht to drive me someplace that took 5min!! Everything costs too much here, taxes for everything. Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure you party it up at this apartment style accommodation - it is the party house of party houses!! with it's kick-ass pool and BBQ facilities (if you get them!! nothing beats it).

location is slightly disappointing but not a problem if you want to stay in every night.
Pick up from airport was not arranged as advised on booking form. These villas are fantastic.
We stayed for week in a 3 bedroom pool villa and we were not disappointed.
The pool is not overlooked and the villa itself is immaculate.
There is an excellent spa on site also.
the staff are very attentive but also leave you to yourself aswell.
The breakfast is delivered in house for you and is very varied if required.
the room service is very good and there is a Tesco supermarket about 10 minute walk away.
Nightlife Tip : Get a tuk-tuk to Patong and sample the night life.
this will cost you about 300 baht and takes about 20 minutes.

Having cooking equipments and private swimming pool No options of restaurants Totally worth staying there upon arrival or before leaving. Phuket is 20 minutes to an hour away, so if you've had a long flight here, the respite is very welcome and it makes departure easier too. It is reasonably priced for the level of service/quality.

10 min to the beach, 10 min to the grocery stalls, 10 min to the night market, 10 min to a fancy restaurant. If you dont feel like taking a car, you can always cycle. Bikes are provided by the hotel for free.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : you can get bicycles from the hotel to cycle to the beach (15 min)

I would recomend this hotel for anyone looking for a private pool room & has a limited budget. The value we got was way much more than what we paid for.
Travel tip : - There is a night bazar next to the shop
- Dont miss the Fantasea, an excelleent show not very far away.

They are trying hard and it is probably an excellent choice for family or couples with a car that rather spend the time at the pool than down at the beach. The type of construction with high wall surrounding the garden makes it extremely hot at this time of the year.

The service was very good as it was conducted in a very discreet manner. We felt pampered but on our own. Having a fully functioning kitchen and utilities also meant we could attend to all the routine stuff without expensive add on's normally associated with hotels.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : go to see Fantasea show. use H2o Sportz in Bang Tao, for your diving and snorkeling as they are very professional
