Family, especially kids (6mths, 2 & 4 years) enjoyed the convenience of a private pool, nice spacious rooms, nice spacious bath in the master with "outdoor" shower, full kitchen amenities, our only regret being that we only got to experience a short 1-day stay arising from changes to our travel itinerary due to flight changes.
Prompt service and friendly staff, only issue is with the power points, where it doesn't fit the British 3-pins, seek front desk for adapters.
Would love to come back to enjoy the villa and spa!

World class resort with great service and friendly staff; They upgraded us to two bedroom pool villa without even telling us. Best resort I ever stayed. Private pool was awesome; You can feel the privacy and secrasy every where in the villa and in the campus... that you may not even get it at home.
only the drawback we felt was, breakfast had very few things select and dining area was too small comparing to the world class standard of the resort.
we really enjoyed every single minute we spent there. all the amenities were world class and well maintained and clean and tidy.
Trust me; you will enjoy it in all the sense.
Shopping Tip:
Resort is located few minutes away from all the shopping and dining area. before check-in to the hotel, go to tesco lotus department store area and get some taxi driver or tuk tuk driver contact numbers for your transfers from hotel different areas. you'll get taxi's or tuk tuk for the half price of hotel offers from tesco lotus area (don't forget to bargain:-) )

Peaceful & Cosy Villa

next to tesco, near bangtao beach and surin, clean, room service, personal chef can cook for you at the villa, nice staff, private pool was perfect size

We had a great time at the residence, but wish at times the private pool had a fence and that there was somewhere to walk around the property. our villa had all the modern conveniences, great kitchen and breakfast in the morning.
Hotel Feature Tip:
bring detergent and other basics that you might need with a young family. even though there was tesco near us, we brought all of my son's milk with us, some dried pasta and detergent for the washing machine.
