Very comfortable & relaxing.
The villa was very spacious, private pool (in 3 bedroom villa) was a very good size, & room service was always prompt.

We were very lucky and greeted with a free villa upgrade. Upon arrival they were very quick to welcome us with a welcome drink and flowers. I requested a room not too far away from the restaurant and they were able to provide. There was only one downside to this resort and that was housekeeping could have been a little bit better. I would come back to this resort anytime and I definitely would recommend it to all my friends.

This resort is clean and new with nice and quiet environment.
But it's a bit inconvenience, as there is no other restaurants or convenience stores nearby (It takes only half an hour to Patong Beach by taxi). Though the resort provides free shuttle to Bang Tao Beach, Surin Beach and Tesco Lotus, the number of runs is not enough.

nice villa but in the middle of no where
has private pool in the villa

i stayed at the three bedroom villa with private pool for a period of 5 days, the staff are very friendly at this resort, however, the rooms and showers are not very clean .. i saw stains on my pillows and bedsheets and also black spots in the shower. the resort is also located in the middle of no where ..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
rent a driver for the day!

The hotel is lovely, it's a large complex though we very little communal space so if you are wanting to be sociable with other guests it's probably not the right place. The beach is a 10 min walk or a short taxi ride. There's a shuttle but not very frequent. Restaurants/night life etc are available on the beach but otherwise are another taxi ride away so it's a lovely quiet spot but can feel a little isolated.

the villa is so beautiful

Staff is really helpful and nice. But just the housekeeping is not really good. We requested to change the bedsheet but still there is footprint on the bedsheet, means actually it was not changed at all.
The resort is really good for relaxing with enough spacing and privacy. Tesco and restaurants are within walking distance, about 5 mins.

Quite disappointed Villa Hotel
Close to Supermarket and a beautiful beach

The room price of this Villa Hotel isn't cheap, no butler service, breakfast is too simple, kitchen has no cookware at least it is quite clean. Staff are friendly.
