Wont choose this hotel again
Lets keep it to 1, its just close to the beach

Do not believe the free wifi in rooms. Its fake. They do not have any managers during weekends, and the staff will not be able to understand you anyway, so its pointless to voice ur opinion.
Showerheads are rusty, bathtub is dirty.
The only plus point is the beach is just across the road.
There are plenty of other hotels to choose from. Will not stay here again.

we stayed in beach front last may 5-7. Aside from great location & very near to beach and shopping area, their staffs were nicely and attentively reponding to our needs. They never forget to smile and greet us everytime we passed by in the lobby even it's 3am in the morning. Just need a little improvement on their toilets and shower. But overall it was worth it in choosing this hotel. Affortable and very convenient. More power Royal Palm!

Very good hotel & good value with friendly staff. The hotel is located right on the beach. The bar serves cocktails for 99 baht and you can drink all day long until 1am.

Service was good for a 3 star hotel. The breakfast doesn't have much variety of food, pastry was delicious. The only disappointment is the hotel is unable to provide a two pin plug for loan. Swimming pool was small and we did not make use of the facilities. Overall our stay in the hotel was a great one with easy access to all amenities and warm hospitality from the staffs too.
