The reservation by Agoda reduces a cost compare with direct resevation. The room is clean. All staffs are polite and kind. I will use again at next visit to Phuket. I like this hotel. And it is convient for night life. Sometimes, Japanese staff is at the reception. A lot of travel agents are near the hotel and I could use Japanese there.

The Hotel was clean, comfortable and well serviced, however like any large hotel, has an impersonal atmosphere. There seemed to be a number of items that required extra cost, e.g. renting the in-room safety deposit box, which is usually included in other places where I have stayed. I did not sample the restaurants in the hotel, as the local street food is more to my liking.

Close to Patong Beach nightlife area.

Hve now stayed at hotel twice and really enjoy the location and the helpfullness of the staff. Would recommend and would also stay again if i visit Patong.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If room is noisy ask about a upgrade or if possible to move.

The Royal Paradise Hotel
The hotel has a nice pool, accommodation was cheap and rooms clean and spacious.

We really enjoyed out stay at this hotel, despite the noisy room. It was close to the bars and location was central. It had a nice pool and rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel staff was friendly, with the exception of some reception staff that were not very polite or friendly. Would stay at again if the price was right.
Nightlife Tip:
If you are gay, this hotel is right in the centre of the gay section of Phuket.

Royal Paradise Hotel Phuket

I have been three times in Phuket, Thailand. I always saw the big tower of the Royal Paradise Hotel, so last time I decided to stay in that Hotel & see how it felt to be at the RPH. I was a bite disappointed, specially because the building looks still ok from outside, however, inside a full renovation is most needed. Starting with the key of the room, it still a old fashion key and not a readable card, therefore I was told at the reception that only one key per room was possible. We were two, so we needed to always coordinate our selves or to leave the key at the reception, I thought to be back in the 1980s. Other facilities were also old fashioned, like the lobby & reception, or the waiting room, the sofas are asking to be changed or at least shampooed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A lot of activities like shopping, massage parlors, restaurants & so on. That´s why the location saves all together this hotel.

Good and Comfortable stay

We stayed 3 nights and liked the relaxing time we spent at the restaurant at the top floor of the tower block. The view was magnificent as we could see the whole of patong beach and the surrounding hills. As it is a high-rise hotel, we could not miss our hotel on our way back. It is very nearby to shops , restaurants and the beach. The staff were helpful especially the bell-boys who helped us with our golf bags for 4 days. Breakfast was good but the menu needs to be changed everyday.
