the hotel was a short walk away from the beach front and with the availability of shopping just a stone's throw away, it made things all the more convenient.
Furthermore, the hotel staff were friendly and eager to help, making enquires a breeze.
Room Service did a great job in keeping the rooms clean such that a pleasant sight would greet one upon returning to the room each time.

I stayed at superior room, and turn out its an old room with specific old building smell. However the hotel is quite nice, with really nice and helpful employees, nearby tourist attraction, really really at central point which within walking distance to everywhere at Patong.
It was my first time at Phuket, and totally enjoying Phuket including the Hotel, but next time i will have feluxe room at new building.
Restaurant Tip:
Try seafood restaurant at across the street, its really nice. And also have a Thai massage at Hotel walking street..

Had a enjoyable time at this hotel,staff where friendly and competent,good English and were always helpful when you spoke with them..Central area was good for walking to shops and super markets.Nice room and had a really nice swimming pool to relax in after being out in the heat of the day,and this Phuket area gets hot.Will stay here again

the room that i had was beautiful, one of the best hotel rooms i have ever been in, it had the balcony with the pool side view, it was just amazing. very comfortable and relaxing setting. satisfactory room service, the staff were very curteous and respectful which is always a plus. on a scale of 1-10 i would rate this hotel a 9

The hotel is centrally located at Patong, within 5 minutes walk to beach, Shopping Centre, street markets, banks/money exchange booths, and Nightlife. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Enjoyable stay for a group of 6 in twin rooms. Great location in the middle of everything. Good value for money if you are sharing a room. Cheapest option is to book online as the rack rates at the hotels are substantially more expensive.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Lots of day tours and sight seeing options available in Phuket. Many travel agents available in the area where you can book with. One I thoroughly recommend is Jenny Tour. Excellent service, and relatively cheap prices.

Nice hotel, good location. 5 minute walk from lively Bangla Road and 10 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was nice, as there was a good variety of food to choose from. Rooms were clean as they were cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly and helpful.

All in all its a very nice hotel, food was ok and polite staff. very clean and tidy and our room was lovely, also very clean, we also was upgraded which was nice, as it was our honeymoon.Good distance from patong beach, 10-15 minutes walk, so far enough away from all the noise in bangla road.
We will deffinately return sometime in the near future, we had a great time in royal paradise hotel.

We enjoyed the Royal Paradise Hotel. It was close to the nightlife, and walking distance to all the markets, and the beach. the service was good. The breakfasts were nice, and the swimming pool area was lovely and quite big, with lots of shade, and two swimming pools, however, it could have done with a good cleaning with a high pressure hose, which would have made it look much brighter, and more like a quality hotel.
Shopping Tip:
close to the new JungCeylon Centre shopping centre, which has good quality shopping and lots of little cafes and restaurants.

Stayed at the Royal Paradise for 9 nights. The Pool is huge and has friendly staff at the Pool Bar. Overall Staff were very friendly. We had two groups of friends stay there at the same time. If you can stay in the Royal Wing Deluxe Rooms they are much better and worth the little bit extra. Buffet breakfast was the same each day and was OK, lacked a bit of variety. Some rooms in Royal Wing are noisy from nightclubs in the side street
Nightlife Tip:
Lots of Gay night spots in the area. Massage at Happy Life was clean and cheap
