We booked this hotel for 2 nights only because we didn't get chance in our desirable hotel so we stayed 2 nights and then we moved to another hotel. It was a good value of money. But the internet access was not available in the rooms.

Terrible customer service. Bell boy didn't help us move from one room to the other. We are a couple and were given 2 single beds for lack of availability. Very unprofessional

Try to choose other hotel if possible.
Good location as its an easy access to shopping and the Junceleyon Mall
2 days b4 my trip I've read about the bad experiences of 3 tourists which had just stayed there. After reading I thought that I would like to change my hotel but after reading the clauses of Agoda that there will be a charge of 1 nite, hence i did not do that. Bad experience is that we faced a blackout from 9pm to 3am. Alot of the guests were just sitting outside the hotel (out of the lobby) as it was so damn hot. A few guests check-out and some were shouting and asking for refund. Worst is that the Manager didnt even bother to show up. I was told from another guest that the day b4 they experience no air-con too and the next day was this blackout. None of their staffs were friendly & its true. I got really piss off when everytime I ask around they only replied 'I dont know' !!
