Miserable.. big disappointment.
the lady that sells crafts at the entrance way to the smoking area, and the housekeeper. The only 2 persons that greets and smiles to the hotel guests.

Negative impressions from the night we arrived.Unfriendly staff. Most particularly, the bell boys. Customer service are very poor. Other guests may not have experienced this, but for us.. its not something we want to experience again. Very disappointed.
Breakfast Buffet is nice, quite a variety. But if you love eggs for breakfast, its quite a wait. They could have set up a better system.

Good hotel but ridiculous internet price

I had a beautiful room, well furnished with a splendid view.
Their internet rate is ridiculous. Where many good hotels offer free access to fast internet, this hotel charges an astonishing 480 Baht per day. Their internet cable is located next to the bed, far away from the small working desk in the room.
Another point: The view may be good but apparently the windows are never cleaned on the outside.

This hotel location is strategic, near jungceyloon mall, food is easy to find around here.
Close to bangla road if you like night life. 100% will come back again
Restaurant Tip:
Try to have dinner @ the top restaurant in the hotel, really nice sunset view, and food is nice.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and I really enjoyed the hotel and the environment of the hotel, we stayed in Deluxe room in Royal wing which was really nice room , but the lift is really old and is not air conditioned, the reception needs to smile a bit. the swimming pool are was really great.overall I had good stay in this hotel I probably will choose this hotel next time i am in Phucket.

the hotel is good in location and the breakfast buffet is excellent. request to have a high level room with a king bed size and sea view was fulfilled but was quite disappointed with no free wifi and internet access. also there is no ironing service which we expected to have actually in most hotels.

Great location but very noisy

clean room but very noisy at night time from 10pm to 6am everyday. it s very loud noise from the nite clubs music. you can't sleep because of the loud music bases
requested a nonsmoking room but the smell so bad with smoking and even the hallway as well.
