acceptable with the promotional rate. The Hotel offering good self check-in facility, near to town and beach, the swimming pool is just nice for adult and children.
Also a private beach near the hotel enable guest to enjoy sun bath and relax your self.

Great location and a good hotel
location in central patong only a few blocks from the beach

we really enjoyed our stay the location was great - near all the markets and main restaurants, only a few blocks away from the beach. the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. the pool was really great with plenty of chairs to sit on. the spa attached to the hotel was great as well such a beautiful setting. the morning breakfast was amazing - would highly recommend it!

Disappointing quality and service

Location was good if you want to be in the heart of Patong. Hotel was in poor condition and service not up to the usual high Thai standards. Did not even think about eating at hotel as facilities did not look welcoming.
Pool area was average but water quality was good.

The service of hotel is quite good becasue we can see the smile always
The breakfast was not good because lack of various of food.We can go to many places by being easy. the service was not good because i could see the forigher shout with the waitress.

Generally disappointing and not a welcoming hotel. Front desk staff were not the usual good friendly Thai hospitality. Very outdated and needs a major refurbishment.

Lovely breakfasts, great rooms, has 3 pools and one spa. Clean. very accommodating for children, has a lovely day spa for massages and beauty treatment, very friendly and helpful staff.

My friends and I were warmly welcomed by two of the hotel staffs at Phuket Airport Arrival Hall.
The rooms were huge, the beds were comfy, and the views (facing the swimming pool) from our balcony were refreshing. What more can we ask for?
The daily buffet breakfast was surprisely good! But refrain from trying every item on the first morning because they actually serve the same food on all mornings. But then again, the spread was good considering the amount we paid for the Hotel stay.
Now here comes the horrifying part. The hot water from the tap was brown in color. Yes, BROWN. The cold water was fine though... So we suspected that it was the heater's problem. Anyway, we called for room service and TRY to get it fixed. It got better but apparently the problem came back again. Perhaps you would like to give the hotel and call, and ask if the problem is fixed, before making reservation(s).
And here's a gentle reminder to all - Check-out earlier if you do not want to end up rushing for your flight because the check-out procedure took more than half an hour of our time.
Other than the dirty (hot) tap water and the time wasted during checking-out, everything else were pretty much up to our standard! :)

A very convenient location but too much night life

the hotel is located at the very center of patong and can approach all the nice restaurant, shopping and massage places by walk.
but, outside the hotel are all the gay bars that is not good if you are not interested.
hotel is a bit old. facilities like swimming pool is ok but not good.
breaksfast choice is limited.
Nightlife Tip:
Lots of, lots of gay bar just outside the hotel.

Nice and helpfull staf, they dont give iron in room but u will find lots of laundery very close and no free wifi and if u want its very expensive.
