this hotel was very pleasant and we loved the breakfast selection. the room was spacious and the room was very clean. the reception was nice and allowed us to check out late. the pool area was also excellent.

Great views of the city
Request a room high up, the views of Patong are amazing from up above the crazieness on street level. Only a short walk to the best parts of town. Clean rooms, nice bathroom.

Patong with all the bars and shops and traffic can be a little hectic and the hotel is a great little sactuary from all of it. its a about a 5-10min walk to the beach, but the hotel pool is a great place to relax. Its also only a short walk to all the nightlife Patong has to offer, and a short 5min walk to Jungcelon shopping mall (great place to escape the heat). We got a room on the 12th floor and the views of the area are a great contrast to what is happening on the street. The hotel is in the gay area, so expect some looks (especially for the blokes) as they walk from the hotel to the main parts of Patong.

It was way more than I expected for what I paid. The rooms are very clean and nice. Depending on the floor you stay on you get an excellent view of the Patong. Comes with free buffet style breakfast which has everything from Western to Asian food. Maybe not be the best family hotel simply because of the location. Not only is it Patong(which is not very kid friendly) but its at the end of "gay alley" not that it was a problem or anything just might not want to have children in that area. Very nice pool though.

good hotel but be ware of the royal wing, book the other wing ( dearer}as the noise from the bar street outside the rooms is unbearable, with 3 lots of fireworks as well. we moved to the tower for piece and quiet. apart from that the hotel is in good shape and the staff are friendly.
the pool is to die for and the kids would love it. lot's of ares to relax but the pool.
Shopping Tip:
Walk back out on 2nd street ( the main one) and turn left and in 5 mins you'll find a massive shipping complex with stores and supermarket, dentist and everthing else you desire. Some bartering can be done in the outside shop stalls.
Much easier than paying to much from the markets.

The hotel is very well located, in the heart of the main atractions of Phuket,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There's a shop almost in front of the hotel where you can use the internet, wash your clothes and get trips around phuket that's much cheaper than if you do it at the hotel.

I am really enjoyed staying at this hotel, everything nice and so relaxful... But so wasted, because in the Hotel Room, they only provide Cable for Internet instead of WIFI...
I can't use my Ipad to surf the Internet. :(
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Patong Beach and A lot of Bars just few minutes away from the Hotel.

Very nice hotel
probably the tallest building so excellent views and easy to find if lost.

Was quite a pleasant stay here, it was the tallest building around therefore great views and easy to find if lost. However I stayed on the 16th floor and it was very noisey from the music in near by bang la area. also its in the gay district which wasnt appealling to me. The weather was poor so didnt get to go swimming but the pool area looked very good!
