good location to access patong beach, bangla road and shopping centre. room interior looks quite old, but all staffs at royal paradise hotel were so nice and kind. the hotel has the view over patong beach.

hotel stalf is nice and friendly too.
as the hotel is quite near the nightlife area, is very noisy till 1-2am.beach/nightlife/mall all in walking distance.
breakefast so so only.
Nightlife Tip:
Bangla Rd ( nightlife ) is just walking distance from he hotel.

The Roayal Paradise Hotel is one of the highest hotels in Patong. Quite big but very nice. We stayed in the 21st floor and had a great view over Patong. The rooms are clean and in good condition. Just the aircon was a bit too loud in my opinion; not for my wife... The staff is friendly and helpful in case of any requests. The breakfast was great; all what you can think of was available.
Nightlife Tip:
Bangla Road which is probable busiest part in Patong is just a little walk away from the hotel.

Disappointing Ending
Room was excellent, modern and clean.

Had a very pleasant stay until I got home. Had left my cell phone charger in the room. Yes my fault. Emailed the hotel and they wanted to charge me $30-$40 dollars to mail it back to me in Bangkok. It cost less than $3 dollars to send it registered mail. What kind of customer service is that. Won't stay there again.

2nd Time at Royal Paradise

Since our first stay here 2 years ago I think the overall performance of this hotel has improved.
Breakfast area has had a makeover and the pool area is still a nice place to just spend some time in.
The only thing that has not improved is the reception area staff and their customer service (at all of them, just a few)
