Great hotel,has every thing you need ,walking distance to every where ,we didn't need taxis at all ,walked every where .Try number 6 restaurant for great food and great price its on the main road just 2 minutes walk .pool area was fantastic and happy hour was fun ,lots of Mocktail for the kids

Disappointed with service

Paid extra for the upgrade and 2-way transfer via the front desk. Told the hotel that we will be departing early and would not be able to catch our breakfast upon departure. Was assured that box-breakfast will be prepared for us. However,on the day of departure, was told that there was no message left in the book for them to do so. Bad communication and we left with an empty stomach to the airport. No apologies given and was told to have a quick bite at the restaurant if we are hungry.

Great hotel

enjoyed our stay at the royal paradise hotel and spa. the rooms in the royal wing were spacious and clean. we had two single and one double bed, and a balcony with a pool view. the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. hotel amenities were good - highly recommend going to the hotel pool for a swim and a drink at their pool bar (especially during happy hour!). although a bit disappointed as there was no wifi in the rooms, and the wifi signal on the 2nd floor was almost impossible to connect to. buffet breakfast was so-so; had a good range of international food. hotel is located very close to everything in patong - within walking distance to nightlife on bangla road, the jungceylon shopping mall, and patong beach. would definitely return!

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

my family stay was enjoyable. this is largely due to the location where it is situated near one of the famous shopping center - jungceylon. furthermore there is a hourly shutter bus to one of the famous patong beach and the staffs are friendly. this has brought about great convenience. my children enjoyed very much.

Room is large for 3 person, one double bed and one signle bed. The bed sheets are very clean. The room service is very fast, less than 45 minutes.
We stay at the low rise building which facing the pub, restaurant. A lot happening, but is very noise after mid-night, due to night life continue till the early morning.
Good location, a lot of food, shop and a large shopping centre is only 5 mins away.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Enjoy the Island hopping.

Good location but bad service
the location is quite good

i'm not satisfied with my stay there.
the staffs at reception were not friendly.
the breakfast in the hotel is not nice as well.
the room and cleanliness is fine. however, the cups in my room are not changed with clean cups during my 4 nights stay.
if you would like to request late check-out, they will charge an additional fee.
the location is quite good as you can find lots of restaurants and stalls just outside the hotel.
and can walk to patong beach.

WIFI Internet facilities do not have good coverage and not accessible at all time. The room is quiet big and comfortable to stay with children. Room service staff is good but the front desk staff is not really friendly.
The Hotel is near to the beach within 15-20 minutes walking distance. Further the Hotel provide transportation to the beach.
Halal food is provided for breakfast.
Restaurant Tip:
kesuma seafood -. provide halal seafood with reasonable price

Ok Hotel with convenient location to foods places

Room generally clean and conveniently located. Staff are friendly. The only drawback would b the hotel is a bit old n not very well maintained. Reception staff weren't very helpful in directing locations. Other than this, it was good stay.
