Nice hotel
free and fast wifi, nice staff, walkable distance to the beach

I arrived at night. As the lobby/entrance of the hotel is located near another big and nice hotel, the driver dropped us to the nearby hotel. Then we walked around 1 minute to the Sea Patong.
The wifi is okay. The toilet and showeroom are separate. The balcony is big too. But the view is not good...seeing the carpark...
The hotel is not located near the beach. However, the distance is walkable....also, able to walk to the main street and Jungceylon shopping mall.

very clean n value for money hotel.

Basically a value for money hotel, big spacious room and very clean. We arrive early and they allow us to check-in before 12pm. The staffs were thoughtful also as it was my friend's birthday, hotel provide a cake.

one of a kind hotel in patong area

The sea patong hotel is located a bit far from the happening area ( bangla street and jungceylon mall ) yet it is within walking distance to patong beach, but you get a quiet neighborhood to rest after festive bangla atmosphere.
It is not in the real alley as i imagined before and with its new sister hotel The Nap next door, it will be a integrated building in the near future.
If you are looking for a contemporary design hotel with unbelievably reasonable rate look no further than this hip, new hotel.

big & clean room with comfortable bed, well designed furnishing - very well maintained. nice balcony with sofa. fridge stocked with complementary drinks replenished daily a pleasant ++. very friendly & helpful staff that speak good English. Tour desk at lobby provide excellent tips and info. 3 mins walk to Patong Beach. turn left at junction and you find the beginning of all the excitement at PB. for the price you cannot ask for more. Worth every penny of it. A highly recommended hotel.

The sea is a beautiful hotel. We were very impressed with the room. Great size and lovely minimal stylish design, excellent shower. Only drawback really, and not a biggie, was that we had no real view from our room. But would recommend for sure! And we got a great deal again through Agoda!

The rooms look exactly like they are on the hotel website. We booked a twin bedder which turned out to be a very spacious room with a large balcony that came with a day bed. The room and toilet was very clean, well ventilated and well lit. The balcony had extra towel racks where you could dry your laundry.
Right next door was a stylish bar at The Nap hotel, excellent for a chillout night. Overall a decent hotel in a great location near the buzz of patong.

Excellent hotel to stay , we just enjoyed our stay !
One small suggestion : pleas ekeep one small tooth paste , usually it will be available in all the std hotels ..

New hotel in quiet location close to beach
Rooms are modern and spacious

Stayed here the second time. Like the modern spacious rooms and remote location away from the noice but still close to beach and restaurants and bars. The roof top bar and pool has a nice setup.
Restaurant Tip:
Outdoor seafood restaurants just around the corner of the main street.
