location, friendly staff, new and clean rooms.

nothing much that I didn't like about this hotel.

It's located in just 10mins walk from the patong beach surrounded by lots of restaurants by walking distance!! It's clean and cosy:) Staff were willing to help you anytime and very friendly. They provide you with a transportation to the beach on the cute VW wagon:) The hotel is very modern design and fashionable. It includes continental BF come with fresh brewed coffee and fresh fruites!! Definiately worth money!!

Restaurant Tip : Must try the Thai food at the restaurant called no.6. It's about 10mins walk from the hotel and cheap and good food!!

The staff and the presentation of the product. This hotel for the price would have to have been one of the NICEST I have stayed at, in a long time. From the complimentary VW van service to the chatting in the foyer with the staff. A special note to Yok, you are divine.

The only thing that needs to be looked at is the TV Cable channels and also some more greenery on the rooftop. This was idela if you want to read or just get away and even sit and watch the hustle and bustle of this thriving holiday location.

From my arrival and meeting Yok, I felt at home. Nothing was too much trouble. It is quaint and clean and the modern combined with the retro only makes it more quaint. I will certainly be telling friends and business contacts about this small yet more than adequate for my stay in Patong. Great High Tea from 3pm to 4pm.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A 7/11 and Family Mart across the road along with a Pharmacy and around the corner a great market for last minute bargains. Make sure you bargain. And before the markets is a great little Thai Restuarant. Coming out of hotel and turning right you come to Pin's Massage and they offer a good one and so close.

Clean, stylish and oozing freshness. An oasis from all that surrounded it.

Double glazing would have made the rooms quieter.

In a holiday involving 7 flights over 12 days this hotel was such bliss. It is evident that every aspect has been carefully chosen by its owner. The idiosyncratic styling and features such as communal breakast and afternoon tea hark to a different type of tourism. All the staff, especially at reception were tremendously helpful and seemed amused rather than annoyed with some of the antics of me and my travel buddy. The roof pool was an unexected bonus and wonderful to just cool down in after a day of Phuket heat. If this was in NYC I'd expect to pay $250 per night. The bathrooms are a bit compact and the step down to it a bit of a surprise. The shower was warm and worked. Bottled water and beach towels were all freely available. Oh and the free wi-fi was good enough to allow streaming of BBC radio 4, which made me even happier. Easily my fav hotel for some time.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Attraction prices are negotiable. My day trip to Phi Phi was purchased for half the stated price.
