It is located at south east of Phuket but Phuket airport is at north west, so you have to book a transportation. It is long way, more than an hour for taxi to arrive.
Customer service is very good, you may be offered free upgrade to larger villa. It is close to the beach, but you would not swim. You may swim in the swimming pool which is near the beach. If you go there around Nov to Feb, you may learn kiteboarding as north east wind blows.

Romantic luxury, stunning villa and surrounds
Inifnity pool, beachfront secluded setting, great dining, friendly staff, beautiful villa
9.3
Our Deluxe Beachfront Villa was true to its name. Although it wasn't a pool villa, I ended up appreciating this choice in the end as a) private pools would have been quite small, b)pool villas would have been up the hill.
Our villa was right down on the beach, and right near both restaurants as well as the STUNNING large infinity pool. This made it all too easy to step out to the pool, beach, or for food.
The villa decor is gorgeous, with wall to wall glass in the main room allowing views and sunlight, with the ability to draw curtains for all the privacy you need.
Loved the big windows by the bathtub opening out to beach views.
Friendly staff and golf buggy service all over the resort.
Beach is very flat so at low tide you can take great walks out over the vast expanse of sand and see all kinds of little shallow sea life (little crabs etc).
They offer lots of activities and trips/shuttle services as it's in a remote location, but we were here for the seclusion.
Overall, loved it!
Restaurant Tip:
The food at both the restaurants in the resort (Savoury and Baan Vijitt) are fantastic - the only shortfall are the desserts, which didn't shine compared to the starters, main courses and drinks on offer.

Pleasant resort
spectacular view from pool
7.7
we stayed here as a stop over on the way to the airport. the villas didn't have much soul to them but the resort was very pleasant and the welcome was particularly impressive.

Fantastic Hotel - Customer Service outstanding
Staff & customer service, Lemongrass water
8.3
Stayed at the vijitt for one week including new years eve, found the customer service to be outstanding, upon arrival we were sat down and brought some lemongrass water - which they make on site and was wonferfully refreshing. Breakfast each day was great, good selection and lovely atmosphere, restuarant was open and looked over both the pool and the beach. New Years eve gala dinner was stunning and the staff looked like they were really enjoying themselves also.
Nightlife Tip:
Would not recommend this hotel for nightlife as its more relaxing and secluded.

Great resort to get away
Villas, infinite pool, kind and prompt service
9
We had a great stay at the Vijitt. Villas are very nice (especially the pool villas). Shower in ours was outside, which was odd at first but pretty fun. It isn't a beach resort. The tides in the bay are extreme and you can't lounge on the beach. We knew that going in, so it was fine. They make up for it with a lovely pool area and attentive poolside service. Also, they offer a free day trip to a nicer beach (Coral Island), which is a nice antidote to the hotel's lack of white sand beach (though the lunch on the day trip, which you pay for, is pretty bad).
Service in the restaurants was considerate but sometimes slow. We were there over Christmas, and I got the impression that the restaurant staff was a bit overwhelmed by the high volume of guests. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional.
Spa was very nice. Prices aren't cheap, but that's to be expected inside the resort. And it really is very nice.
Overall, a great place to stay for a few nights. Relaxing and lovely with attentive service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you think you'll want to leave the resort (and you probably will if you stay more than a couple days), you might want to rent a car. We didn't, and we used the hotel taxi, which was fine, but the cost added up. It looked to me like many guests had their own cars. If we go back, we'll be renting a car for easier access to going out for dinner, etc.

Not a good location, very expensive
6.3
The hotel is very quiet. The villas looks ok. However, the location is not so good. Outside the hotel is suburb area without any interesting things. There are some sand-chairs along the beach but the sand is not so clean, not so fine. The hotel is very expensive. For example, they will charge for one extra bed. If you like a quiet place, Vijitt Resort is probably the right place for you. However, if you have a child to travle with you, I suggest you look for another hotel.

Beautiful resort in peaceful location
Lovely rooms, value for money.
9.7
Great location, beach front. Not suitable for people who wants to enjoy nightlife since far from town. Ideal for honeymoon. They mixed up our booking. We paid more and booked seaview room, instead they gave us garden view. We had to wait 1 hour for them to prepare the room. But they made up by offerring us free dinner at their restaurant. Other than that, great staff and memorable stay.

Great hotel,fantastic kids club
Beautiful view, location. Fabulous kid club, all rooms separate 'villa'
7.3
we had a fantastic time at this hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful. the kids club was a success. we met some great other families. the room was a bit dusty but had great personality. loved the outside shower and 'windows' opening up to stunning views!!!
the thai food in the hotel was a bit disappointing but the breakfast was really good.
there are enough places around the hotel to eat local food. taxi's r not cheap which may surprise you in thailand, but to rent a bike or car is a great idea and way to get to places.
there are some great beaches around in the area. the hotels beach is nice too. the ocean withdraws most of the mornings so you can walk forever on the dried up ocean flor. the ocean is supposedly calm at this end of the island all year round. it is conveirnt for kids as it's shallow and no big waves. there was also a lot of kyte surfing going on on windy days!
Shopping Tip:
Central is the best in Phuket but not for local stuff!

Idyllic location with spac and spacious rooms
High vaulted ceilings and massive bathrooms with open air showers. Big grass area, staff helpfull

Great room half way down the hill. Would have been more careful on which cabin if we had been staying longer as you need to decide between view, distance from lobby and restaurant. Really liked the rooms with lots of space. Value of floor to ceiling windows limited by proximity of other cabins. Breakfasts were fine - I did like the noodles.
Nice open space at beach level means you are never crowded.
If you like kite surfing you can go from in front of the hotel when the tides in (and the wind is right)
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get one of the beach level cabins for the best experience
