Very quiet location. Great for relaxation
Away from busy Phuket town and Patong Beach. Nice sizeable pool.
7.7
had a comfortable quiet stay at the vijitt. location of the hotel is a bit far out from town which is nice if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. pool was great and the staff extremely friendly and helpful organising things we wanted to see e.g. muay thai boxing. room was very nice and spacious with a shower outside.
the few downers are that the resort is that the beachfront was not very big, so you can't really fully enjoy lying on it. also there is no wifi in the rooms, hence you would have to go to the restaurant or reception.

Great stay for someone who is looking for a quiet and peaceful stay and hideaway. Excellent attitude and efficient service with a smile. One hour drive away from main patong beach. Free shuttle to central festival mall, patong beach as well as coral island . Excellent food esp Tom yum goong at savory restaurant.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff
9.7
We booked a deluxe villa and asked for a free upgrade at check-in and we were offered a pool villa. It was great. The pool wasn't big, less than 10m long but it was fun and convenient to swim there. It's a 2-storey villa, the living room is on the higher level surrounded by a terrace and the private pool. The view is also great from the bathtub. There is an outdoor shower on this level too. The bedroom and a small living room is on the lower level with a shower only bathroom. The rooms are surrounded by beautiful views if you open all the curtains.
The Baan Vijitt Restaurant was under renovation, so the Savoury Restaurant was the only option. It is fine as we only stay for one night. Food was good and not very expensive. I got two mosquito bites even tho the staff sprayed repellent on our legs when we sat down. The public swimming pool is right next to the restaurant and it is 40x20m. The beach is in front of the swimming pool, it is not great but you can go to Coral Island for free for white sand beach.
I called the service hotline and asked for various trips. They checked with tour companies for us, quoted the rate and helped us to book it. The staff was very helpful, responsive and polite. They have free boat transfer to Coral Island leaving at 9am and coming back at 2:30pm. They are very close to Chalong Pier, so you can also book with external tour companies and go on trips that depart from there. The hotel information booklet tells you many tour options. And the spa is 50% off for all ladies in Aug!! What a pity that we ran out of time to enjoy it!
Overall speaking it is a great resort for couples or friends who just want to chill, be served well and do not mind spending a little extra on tours or food. We did not see local restaurants right outside of the hotel. They have golf cars to drive you around the resort as it is built on a hill. We were very satisfied with everything.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for the monthly SPA promotion when you book.

quiet resort for relaxing and doing nothing...

if you r looking for a quiet resort place, this resort could be the right choice. however, the locaton is far from phuket central place, but near the changlong pier. the resort has the free boat to take you to a little island nearby the resort. The overall service needs to be further improved.

The most amazing holiday ever
Beautiful and tranquil gardens, luxurious and lofty beachside villa, a big saltwater pool, a non pretentious kids club and kids pool and most of all - the most beautiful, warm and caring staff we have ever encountered
9.3
we left the vijitt with a few tears in our eyes. if we hadn't stayed for a whole week we might not have gotten so attached to the place and we may also have missed some of the smaller things that make this place a truly special oasis in the rawai region of phuket. if you are after excitement, a vibrant night-life and a big crowd, don't go to the vijitt! if you are after a tranquil holiday in a truly magical and family friendly resort that is tucked away in a beautiful spot right on the beach, and kept very natural and aesthetically pleasing to the eye, then we hope you will love the vijitt as much as we did!!!

We tried to squzze 1 13 year old son and a 15 year old daughter into the same room to save some money and failed.
Restaurant Tip:
Limited menu, but Phuket is not famous for eating out anyway.

Great Rooms and friendly service
7.3
Was a great setting on the beach, we really enjoyed using the pool at night. The rooms where huge after traveling through Europe and clean well cleaned each day. The onto thing was it wasn't te easiest pace to get taxis. But overall we loved our stay.

A hotel with a great service and a superb view
Friendly staff yet too many hours waiting for the rooms
9
I visited the vijitt resort with my grandparents, my mum and dad and my older brother. As soon as we arrived at the resort, we were totally struck by a green, clean and attractive space. The staff were very nice to us especially to my grandparents, the only elderly in the trip. Overall, things were very satisfactory; the room, the restaurant, and the service.
Yet, on the first day we had to wait for the room to be cleaned for almost two hours after check in (we arrived later than 2 pm) and on the next day we changed the room and we again spent more than one hour for the room to be made. We had no idea why the staff could not make it ready right before we came and let us wait twice. However, we were offered a dinner for free as a compensation for this inconvenience.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There are too many rooms in the resorts and maybe insufficient staff for cleaning especially when there are tour groups checking in and out at the same time. We recommend you have a late check in maybe after four pm to avoid this problem.

Not far away from the airport, just took me about 45mins.
Good pick up services from villa to lobby. Good breakfast quality but better to have more choices. Good infinity pool and I had a real sea view villa without blockings.

Good Service, nice. Breakfast and good pool
6.3
close to the airport, it only takes 45mins to the hotel but the driver of vijitt is dangerous. good service of the pick up from my villa to the lobby. however, there is once with no response after calling for refilling the bath gel and shampoo. the reception is stupid that cannot help me to make calls to bangkok and said it is a wrong no. however, another reception did make it for me once. the environment of the resort is good but the maintainence had better to improve.
