จองห้องพักแบบ Pool Villa ความไม่ประทับใจเริ่มตั้งแต่ที่ท่าเรือ พนักงานเรือมีน่าที่เพียงแค่รับส่งแขก ไม่มีการเรียกแขกลงเรือและไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยเหลือในการยกกระเป๋า ที่รีสอร์ทไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับที่ท่าเรือ ต้องเดินหาล๊อบบี้โรงแรมเอง ยกกระเป๋าไปเช็คอินเอง และเห็นว่าพนักงานส่วนหน้าไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพในการเช็คอิน หยิบบุ๊คกิ้งของแขกอีกห้องหนึ่งมาเช็คอินให้ห้องของเรา ซึ่งเป็นห้องคนละ Type กัน หลังเช็คอินมีพนักงานขับรถบักกี้ช่วยดูแลเรื่องกระเป๋าให้ เข้าห้องพักมีการเปิดแอร์รอ แต่แอร์ไม่เย็น เราทานอาหารกลางวันกันที่ห้องอาหาร Tamarind รู้สึกตกใจมากที่ไม่มีพนักงานมารับแขกเลยสักคนเดียว ทั้งที่พนักงานในห้องอาหารก็มีหลายคน จนเราหาโต๊ะนั่งเองได้ พนักงานชายคนหนึ่ง (ออกสาว ค่อนข้างมีอายุ)ก็เดินเข้ามาพร้อมกับเมนูและถามว่า "สั่งไรยังอะ?" หลังจากถามจบประโยค ก็เดินจากไปพร้อมหันไปบอกเด็กเสริฟว่า "ดูแลด้วย" เรารู้สึกไม่ประทับใจ จึงย้ายไปยังห้องอาหารอิตาเลี่ยนที่อยู่อีกฝั่ง ซึ่งพนักงานบริการดีกว่า อาหารค่ำของเรากลับมาทานที่ร้านอาหาร Tamarind อีกครั้งหนึ่ง ซึ่งประทับใจมาก เพราะมี Surprise Cake วันเกิดให้ และพนักงานในกะกลางคืนนี้ก็ดูแลดีมาก ฝากขอบคุณ คุณก้อย เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายที่ดำเนินการเรื่องเค๊กวันเกิดให้ โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจในบรรยากาศและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่จัดไว้ให้ แต่คุณภาพการบริการต้องปรับปรุง
