Couples Singapore, March 16, 2013	Cosy but cold staff Hotel is easily accessible to other attractions, plenty of food and shops nearby, room is relatively clean 6 We are not nitpickers, the hotel was up to our expectations, but we feel reception staff could have been a little more smiley or helpful. The cleaners/room servicing were friendly and approachable, however the reception staff on all 4 days had black faces and completely ignored us.
Oliver W. Couples United Kingdom, March 02, 2013	Nice clean rooms, quieter location new hotel, nice rooms, good wifi 8 New hotel so nice and clean, our room was large with a balcony. Offered help with our luggage when we arrived as there is no lift. Location is quieter than other parts of Patong which was good for us as we had a motorbike anyway. Most of the staff including the cleaners were very nice, my only problem was one lady on reception who was very rude and dissmissive, however this wouldn't stop us staying here again. Overall a good hotel.
