We are not nitpickers, the hotel was up to our expectations, but we feel reception staff could have been a little more smiley or helpful. The cleaners/room servicing were friendly and approachable, however the reception staff on all 4 days had black faces and completely ignored us.

Nice clean rooms, quieter location

New hotel so nice and clean, our room was large with a balcony. Offered help with our luggage when we arrived as there is no lift. Location is quieter than other parts of Patong which was good for us as we had a motorbike anyway. Most of the staff including the cleaners were very nice, my only problem was one lady on reception who was very rude and dissmissive, however this wouldn't stop us staying here again.
Overall a good hotel.

Standard hotel with decent rooms
The best feature was probably the hotel menu. The food was quite good.

The hotel itself is quite small, the rooms were nice, you don't need anything fancy really. The staff were not friendly at all. Half the time wouldn't even acknowledge you when you were walking past the front reception. The cleaners forgot to clean our room two times while we were there and when we needed new towels they could not provide us with any as the cleaners had left for the day! You aren't allowed good in your room so no room service. The pool is under the building with no access to the sun so can't sun bake at all. The chef was really good though. Had some good meals there.
Shopping Tip:
Just across the road is a place called very nice massage, we went there most days as the ladies were just so nice. Great bunch of ladies.

Possibly a bit noisy for younger children, i am a light sleeper and there is not much noise protection as we were down by the fron desk and people walking by the room/window at all hours and playing pool. Maybe quieter upstairs .....
staff were fantastic though and i cannot fault service or cleanliness
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Phuket Travel Company about 10 mins up the road from the hotel (also have websire and facebook pages)
Offered fantastic value for money on all trips highly recommended!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the wave, hotel was clean staff were polite and food was nice. Was a walk to the main part but we didn't mind that also a tuk tuk wouldn't cost much to take you there. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Only down side would be the pool is indoors but the beach is lovely.

I love the room, it is clean and big. The hotel has no elevator and the staff didn't help to carry to bag, the service is not really friendly. I hope they improve it.
I got problem with my bus picked to the airport (around 200 baht), but they manage to change the bus to taxi so i will recommend to take taxi to the airport (cost around 800-900 baht). and make sure about the time to be picked up. The staff didn't speak english very well, so they need more training to improve it.
i don't really like the bathroom because they don't separate the shower and the closet, so the water is spoiled everywhere. but the bathroom is big. Good wireless connections, you must ask the staff about it. the speed is around 19Mbps.
they don't provide the facility include breakfast, so i think the hotel must improve it.
i found a small insect in the bathroom, i hope they do clean it often.
Restaurant Tip:
at the left, you can find good restaurant, it is a buffet with only around 150-200 baht per person. but you can eat a lot for big appetite, you must try the fried rice and the sweet chili. they are nice.
i will recommend to hire a motorbike to travel around, it is cheap only 250 baht for 24 hours. it is close to shopping center jungceylon
