Staff is polite and helpful but I dont think will go to stay there again.
1. I checked in at 3pm but the room they gave me first time was not ready.
2. I booked pool access room but their "pool area" is just like bigger bathtub.
3. The view is so great but there have 2 big trees block all my view just outside of my balcony.
4. There have a water pump working in front of my room all day. very noisy and no way to relax. I feel so lucky that I just booked one night there during my trip in Phuket.

Very relaxing and revitalizing stay.
We stayed at the hotel 9 nights from 4th April to 13th April 2013. We had a lovely sea view room with pool access.
Hotel is beautiful but is located at considerable distance from any town centre or public Phuket beaches. This is ideal if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. However if you want the option of having lots of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance this is not the right hotel.
Hotel beach isn’t great; there are many public beaches that are very beautiful around the island. I would strongly recommend car hire from Phuket airport if for the duration of your stay if you wish to travel around Phuket in your own time, else the Taxi charges will add up.
Breakfast selection was very good but I have had better at other Westin hotels around the world. The quality of room service and restaurants is very good but it is not cheap.

Decent , but little far out - take hotel limo only

Two things - 1. With an elderly person or child that is less than 3 years old I will not recommend coz there are too many slope to climb or up and down staircases .
2. Far from patong beach so taking taxi can be hassle , ESP expensive so I will rather recommend to take hotel limo which is less expensive than taxi and more secure and comfortable.
