cant go wrong with this hotel, outdooe pool to chill out, rooms good and in great location as everything you want is on your doorstep, scuba diving, easy going bars, great food..and only a 5 min walk away from the madness that is bangala road
Restaurant Tip:
Great Indian reastaurant in same street (UK standard! & if you after scuba diving then walk out the hotel accross the road is facility to book/learn etc.

The location is great and the price in low season is good value. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed in large deluxe on the second floor this time. No balcony, but enough light gets in from the window. The water pressure was a little uneven and noise level in the hallways is a bit louder. I happened to be near some Japanese lads who liked to keep there doors open all day and night and run between each others room socializing. Overall a good spot for solo travelers who don't mind these types of little nuisances. Nachteile - A little noisy in the halls

got a good price from agoda good location near soi bangla and near the beach but the hotel doesnt have elevator and they gave me a room at 3 rd floor so ths the only negative the staff service is is very good

the room so called double deluxe was very very small and very claustrophobic was located on ground floor.
cold floors ,bathroom shower,sink toilet, no shelfing in bathroom to put toiletries
lots of noise every night 3 am girls coming to collect their bikes parked in front of hotel.
swimming pool was good.
used hotel taxi pick up, avoided airport cow boys, there is an official taxi rank outside airport.
warning taxis are expensive in phuket- some sort of taxi mafia operating.
confusing hotel prices
they charge menu price then add 10% service charge then add another 7% tax
makes it fairly expensive
food very good, service slow sometimes i sat there waiting 50 minutes for breakfast 5 people ordered at the same time.
don’t waste your money on pizza next to swimming pool, i ate mine in protest and i was hungary. there is an excellent pizza to be had a few steps out of the hotel.
i would stay again but up grade to apartment

Very good service and hotel facilities
Great location if you want to enjoy the nightlife of Patong

as part of a group of 5 lads aged between 21 to 33, this was prime location for the nightlife. i will stay opposite at the andaman resort as less than half the price for larger rooms and with balcony.
