3rd time i have been and as always,staff are great. Facilities are great too. Internet connection is intermittant and you have to sign in everytime which is annoying. Overall no hesitation of recommending to friends.

It was good overall. One annoying thing, the wifi keeps dropping so you have to connect all the time. this could seriously impact your roaming charges. else all is fine

The one thing i did not really like about the hotel was that there were no staircase got get to my floor.
I was there for a stag weekend and going home after partying at Bangla road can be a disaster.
Try walking 3 flights up to your room. Not a good idea when in a state of drunkenness. For the amount i paid, i would have appreciated a more luxury. Paid per night ! Ouch .. feel the pinch but this place is centrally located.

It was a decent enough hotel, I stayed in the cheapest room I think. I thought the room was a little overpriced for what it was, but the room was fine, if you want good location it is hard to beat really. I would personally be happy to stay a little further from Bangla road and pay a little less. But it think if you want somewhere right in the action then i suspect this is the going rate.

Great location but a little loud
Clean, roomy, great gym, great pool, free wifi, great food at the restaurant, close to beach, shopping, Starbucks, Hard Rock Cafe

Really great hotel for all the reasons above, it's just noisy inside due to cement floors, nothing to damper the noise in the hallways. Much like being on spring break. But if you're prepared for that or ok with it, then it is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are really nice too.
