The lobby is inside a Subway shop, so easy to find. Annie, the manager, was so helpful getting taxi service at a better rate than on the street and she is very friendly. Flat screen TV and comfortable bed. I will absolutely stay there again.
Nightlife Tip:
5 minute walk to Bangla and the beach is across the street.

Time Out hotel was a fantastic place to stay & play. Very friendly staff and not too expensive. Air conditioning worked very well and room was always clean. Free water too was also fantastic help for hot thailand.
Only downside was wifi was sporadic but still worked. Very good place overall for its price. 9/10.
Reception staff also very helpful.

The hotel is location right across the street from the beach.
Affordable for almost everyone.
Except from those two pros, the hotel doesn't have much else to offer, some of the room are very dark.
To enter the hotel you have to pass through a subway restaurant, which is kinda awkward.
Fine hotel if you are planning on being in Patong for a few days only.
If your pockets are full, i'd recommend staying elsewhere.
Nightlife Tip:
Patong is a party town, if you need to go nuts and get smashed you're in the right place. If you want a quieter time i suggest you go south to Karon or Kata, where night life is still good but less crowded.

The staff was helpful and cheerful.
The location is a bit awkward as you first enter 'SUBWAY' and then meet the hotel receptionist.
Rooms are very clean but a bit small.
Location is perfect and just need to cross a road to hit the beach. Bangla street is also 5-10 minutes walk from there.

"Great Location and good value for what we paid"
Hotel is located on the beach front and its the best location you can find. The hotel was a bit difficult to locate at first but later we realized you just enter the Subway and the counter is right inside. We had Burger king, McDonalds & starbucks right on either sides. If you are going for the night life, Bangla Road is just few meters away.

we were hoping for a belcony room but there are only like 2 or 3 of the units. the one we stayed had the view of the ocean from a side but that was alright for the amount we paid. the bathroom was a bit worn out. it was clean but needed a little bit of patching and painting. otherwise it was just perfect. the location is an advantage but if you are looking for a peaceful night sleep than this may not be the best choice. we didn't mind as me and my friend were just staying there for the night life. the music didn't bother us much and besides we were too tired everynight after excursions or night outs and we could easily fall asleep.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try the excursions they sell on the street like the Pnga Bay tour or Maya Bay tour, they were truely amazing. Its how you can see the true colors of Thailand.

Stayed over for 3nights.
They will help you keep your room tidy and even your luggages they will arrange nicely as me and my friend were a lazy bunch.
Really appreciate the counter staff's good service and its located just in the middle of the shops. really accessible and reasonable price although night time could be a tad noisy due to the nearby restaurant but nonetheless , good hotel!
