This hotel is nothing special but the rooms are ok, the staff are helpful and friendly. The location is good - 5mins walk to beach and less than 10mins to Bangla Rd or Jungceylon shopping mall. All in all, not bad for the price.
Travel tip:
Try some of the bars away from Bangla rd. people are great and make you feel so welcome. We found one called the Halfway Inn, they have a BBQ 3 nights a week, all you can eat if you buy a beer. They also have a fun pool comp every night.

Located in the heart of Patong
Large rooms, close to everything short walk to beach and shopping centre and close enough to Bangla road.

Bang for buck this hotel was good. Large pool the rooms were comfortable and well cleaned and the room had a view over pool.
Dislikes the staff "no speak da english" smiling is forbidden and breakfast I am still recovering from. Nobody eats lunch or dinner at the restaurant and with good reason. Breakfast at own risk!!
Safes are downstairs,Tv worked when it wanted and speakers distorted if volume turned up a little.
Suit budget travellers that can look after themself and eat elsewhere.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Splurge on a 4 or 5 star hotel.

the location of the hotel is very convenient for almost everything,like the restaurant, walking to the seaside , family mart just outside and shops around. the room is a bit old but the air con is working. no early check in allowed. my son must pay 500baht per day for occupying the same room even though we did not ask for extra bed.the receptionist said that if you don't pay the extra charges, cannot check-in. the receptionist not friendly at all. very few of them can speak english. i would recommed if you want cheap hotel.

Not a very satisfactory experience

The location is very impressing - within 10 mins walk to the beach and the largest shopping center. The room is surprisingly quiet but I discovered most noise came from the air conditioner later on the day. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room but a kettle can be borrowed from the reception.
The room facilities are very old and there are some stains on the linens. TV is old so I did not even trouble turning it on.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Let's Relax (a good massage house) is opposite to the street. Turn left and walk for 8 mins to the largest shopping area in Phuket.

very large rooms but this an old hotel and really needs to be updated . staff were not as helpful as i would have liked . im not a big fan of phuket and this hotel really diddnt do anything for me . for instance when i arrived i asked for late checkout and when the time came they told me i had to leave the room as it was booked . they only way to get late checkout was to pay for another night . not impressed

I was very surprised ,when I saw this hotel-price was very cheap,but hotel was beautiful.They have nice big swimming pool,hotel is very close to the beach-just about 300 m.Breakfast was enough tasty for this price.Staff was very friendly,hotel was very clean.I could offer this hotel for everybody

Tony Resort Patong - reasonable location maybe 10/15 minute stroll to Soi Bangla bar area. Fair sized room with excellent hot water - even in sink which is unusual for Thailand but great for shaving. Good pool area. Staff helpful and friendly. Had Agoda room only package but food selection in restauarant looked reasonable. Would stay here again, no problem.
Nightlife Tip:
Opposite way to Soi Bagla, have good bar selection a few minutes walk away - better value and quieter.
