I expected a better standard from the pictures from the internet. Bit dissapointed when I went there.
But worth for the money. I booked 2 single room as family room was not shown in the agoda site. But they gave me a family suite for 4 people. Internal area was clamsy and messy. Bathroom was not upto that standard. Patong beach was so crowded with hawkers. Night life would have been good for men.
(mens city).
Travel tip:
If you want nice and quite beach go to Paradise beach about
20 mins from Patong on a tuktuk.

great location but very old hotel
we liked the pool. the air con is good
4.7
the location of the hotel is very convenient for almost everything, like the restaurant, walking to the seaside , family mart just outside and shops around. the room is a bit old but the air con is working. no early check in allowed. my son must pay 500baht per day for occupying the same room even though we did not ask for extra bed.the receptionist said that if you don't pay the extra charges, cannot check-in. the receptionist not friendly at all. very few of them can speak english. i would recommed if you want cheap hotel.

Walking distance to Patong Beach and shopping center, easy to find the travel agencies for local tour. Food in the hotel is cheap and delicious. Tony club sandwich is one of it and it cost only 150 baht.
Good service.
Friendly and helpful.
Free wifi.
Free using computer to go Internet.
Have 2 swimming pools.
The staffs would not insist tips.
You can also ask the staff to help you to use the desk telephone to call taxi.

Nice clean hotel
good location,parking space and clean
6
The stay was pleasant and location to shopping is ideal. Generally staffs are ok save for one or two in the front desk who appear to be slightly below the Thai hospitality standard. Probably too many incompetent tourist to handle.
As a English Premier league I have to watch one of the match outside.
Hotel Feature Tip:
For driving your own car.Although the sign post is clear the entrance to the hotel is small and usually blocked by traders. Can missed it easily.

we spent three nights at tony resort during the new year's celebrations at patong beach. we are a family of three adults and the management upgraded us to a family suite, which was very handy. i suppose the main disappointment was the breakfast, which was very limited, rather tasteless. i would still recommend tony resort as a base for your stay in patong.

Terrible hotel and the service was non existent.
3.7
The reception staff were rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. The service staff did not provide water, the sheets were stained. We killed a cockroach in our room. Do not stay there ever.
Travel tip:
Do not stay there, not a pleasant experience at all. The staff have a no care attitude which is very strange for Thailand.

rooms need Urgent renovation, no english
4
We ordered two rooms for 5 nights, the rooms were very Stinky, and need Urgent renovation, the beds were too hard, and my childern got a towel that smelled & was wet, I did not have no one to place a complaint as they suddenly " Do Not Speak English", I do not recommed this hotel at all.
About the price was quiet high for the other 4stars hotels in the same road.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Required to rent a motorcycle to go ashore "paradise"
