Charges applied to the 2nd person overnight), average cleanliness, no Internet provided. In short, nothing good about this hotel. Don't even bother trying!

Couples Malaysia, April 13, 2013	superb holiday in patong location, room, price 8.3 The hotel is not a luxury hotel however the ambiance surrounding the hotels are very cosy, cool, relaxing and greenish because of the beautiful garden plants. centrally located in front of patong beach make you walk only 3 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the happening bangla road.Breakfast spread is limited but fine to us. As for dinner, you will have choice to eat in tropica restaurant or seafod patong nextdoor, but if you eat in tropica restaurant, you can save by having 20% discount as a hotel guest. Food cooked not bad the taste.
