Excellent location. Nice friendly staff. Very clean. Very good value for money. Shower could be more powerful The hotel is very good value for money. Its location is perfect for the beach and the night life. The restaurant is nicely situated with a lovely view overlooking the beach and bay. Food is good quality with a good selection from the menu. Rooms are very clean and tidy with well stocked mini bar. The pool is small but adequate and set in a nice surrounding. I look forward to return in the near future.

the equipment of the room was old a little bit and a lot of mosquito so be loaded for them. the location of the hotel was great and nice view and swimming pool the price was 1000 pat a night i loved everything about this hotel and it has a nice restaurant on the patong peach which has a great sea food, i really recommend this hotel its my 6 time here at the same hotel.

Very friendly service, right across the road from the beach, close to all restaurants, beautiful food. Very Very noisy at night! Unless your prepared to party all night, you won't sleep very much!! Upon arrival we were impressed with the beautiful garden at receception. The service was great, communication was a bit diffucult, but then again, we should learn Thai! The food at the restaurant was magnificent and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast every morning was such a pleasant experience...Our BIGGEST let down was the loud banging noise from the bars on Bangalore rd that continued till 6AM....we had to sleep with the Air Conditioner on to try and drown the noise out, but it didn't stop the rumble!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : try bargain with a tut tut driver to take you around to all the islands sights for a day!! It's worth it..

Location to beach and entertainment district was good Noisy, Did not like the bathroom shower and vanity design. Shower drain in the floor meant floor was wet all over and vanity was tiny.

Väldigt trevligt ställe, som en oas mitt i storstaden. Kanske lite fattig frukost Det var ett sånt underbart ställe, härlig uteplats, mysigt poolområde, nära banglaroad men ändå tyst i rummet. Alltid lika glad och trevlig personal. Lika nära till stranden som till shopping.
Nightlife Tip : På Banglaroad finns nattlivet.

the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired This hotel is a very good average standard but is not for the upmarket tourist,the internet is very expensive,hence you never see anyone useing it,especially when you can walk around the corner,and pay one third of the price for the internet
this hotel is over-priced for the standard of accomadation.

Unfortunately, I found that this poor customer service is not isolated to just this hotel - it's commonplace in Patong and Phuket. I would stay here again, as the hotel's location and setting are nearly perfect...but I would simply lower my customer service expectations. Too bad that I should have to.

It is in heart of patong beach. I did not feel noisy in my room. But the window of the bath room is full of dust. When we checked out, no one help us move the luggage. We will not stay there again.

Close to the beach, close to entertainment zone, inexpensive, clean. Just face to the beach, close to the street with many bars and karaokes. It is value for the money paid, the room is very simple but it is clean. The small garden is nice, the reception is in a seperate building which also serves breakfast, but the breakfast is very simpple, just two slices of bread with butter, a cup of coffee, and a fried egg. Generally it is okay, and I may stay there again if I go to Phuket next time.
