This 4-star resort is set in a tropical paradise with pristine beaches and stunning natural surroundings. Just a block away is the popular Kata beach and Phuket town and Patong are 25 minutes away. Rooms are fully equipped with basic amenities and facilities to meet the needs of all their guests. The hotel features a large outdoor swimming pool and Spa for guests to enjoy throughout their stay. One of the island's main tourist attractions include the Promthep Cape, merely 15 minutes away, well-known for having the best sunset view. Shopping areas are also abundant and are easily assessible. The resort offer guests with a buffet-style dining experience. Tropical Garden is highly recommended for a tranquil getaway.

stayed in tropical resort the new hotel of tropical garden. pool access room facilities are excellent. also the service they provided was very satisfied with that. only issue with that hotel i found is restaurant facility and the price they charging for food items. we have other good restaurants near to the tropical resort and their recipe quite tasty compared to tropical resort's location of this htel and thier facilities are quite good. i saw other resorts in phuket lacking lot facilities. with the price tropical resport charged and the service they provided are some what more than enough. infact its more than value for money.
Hotel Feature Tip : its value for money hotel and the accessibilty to shopping and restaurants from this hotel is a plus point. we can spend a day time for shoppping and eating in this hotel loc.

- Clean room with balcony
- Good view of the beach
- Friendly staffs
- Easy access to the beach and nearby stores
- Quite and very serene
- Kata Beach is just 2 minutes walk
- Kata Noi beach is just 10-15 minutes walk - Food was not clean. Had a food poisoning from the breakfast.
- Not good for the elderly, as the rooms are on the hills which span across 3 buildings. To get to the room, we had to walk the stairs equivalent to 10 story building. The elevators were unreliable and we got stuck in it twice (one of which was at night). For a little family reunion, I decided to bring my parents, my wife, my sister and her friend to Phuket, Kata Beach during new year 2010. The hotel we picked from agoda was Tropical Garden Resort for 3 nights.
The location of this hotel is quite rare in Kata Beach because it is situated on the hills facing the Kata Beach. So the rooms have sea views. The access to the beach is just crossing the roads or 15 mins walk to Kata Noi beach (even more beautiful)
The rooms and services are pretty standard. But the room is made nicely clean everyday. The food is ok.
The downside is the walk from lobby to the rooms. It takes us about 15 minutes walking upstairs (10-story building equivalent) without the elevator. Even with the use of 3 different elevators, you still have to walk at least 3-storey high. Be carefuly with elevators at night time, because i am not sure that you will get prompt help when you are stuck there.
Recommended: I may stay there again next time but i will choose rooms with easier access.
