Location, facilities, price thin wall, boring breakfast the hotel is located in a very good spot of Kata beach. Just a minute walk down the hill and ta-da you're there !
Hotel staff are lovely and helpful, but they did place us in a room where it was far from everything, (partially our fault, as no specification when booking was made).
They've got two swimming pools, a relaxing one on the right wing, and a party-with-bar one one the left.
Overall, quite happy with the stay...
Restaurant Tip : There is this one cafe called Andaman cafe... Delicious waffle with coconut ice cream there..

CLose to Beach, Friendly Staff Great hotel, close to beach (1 minute walk) great sea views from room. Nice pool and friendly helpful staff. Also close to great bars and resturaunts. Beautiful setting, I can highly recommend. The breakfasts were very good and a great way to start the day, I would have liked to have stayed longer.
Restaurant Tip : Northern Most end of KAron Beach, Kia Restaurant. Great setting, friendly staff and tasty simple food.

the bell boy always disappear. This is my second time to stay there. It's very good sea view room. Everything is good except the walk way to the room. It's quit far. Reasonable price and not too far to walk to the beach. There are small shops around the hotel. This hotel is good for everyone who want to take rest on holiday. There are 2 swimming pool but no guard on duty. Please check before you let your small child go there. Over all I like this hotel.

Nice place and a wonderful pool and Spa. Good big rooms and clean was perfect. Long distance to the city in the area. I need a fitness center and a bigger restaurant place on the top with view to see.

I liked alomost everything about it. To far to walk from room to reseption The hotel loked very good. Our room was very nice. Nice balkony with wiew of the ocean and the swimming pool. Bathroom was ok, the bed was ok to sleep in. But it was 2 large bed pulled together to get a king size bed. It was not "easy" to get from the reception to our room. Looooong walk. To many stairs and hallways to walk through. That was the thing I didn't like about this hotel. Otherwise the hotel was good.

Good standard on rooms, nicely situated. Bit boring breakfast buffet Had booked 2 nights, and I asked for a price for additional 12 nights...tried 3 times, noone was interested in giving me a price!!! Fantastic. I checked out after 2 nights, booked a nice room at a guesthose down the street. VERY happy with that.

Friendly staff, goood size pools. The hotel is built on the side of a hill. Numerouss steps from the car park to the reception and rooms. Would not be suitable for a person with walking disability. Room was large but dated. Needs upgrading. Room smelt musty and damp throughout our stay. We booked a double room but ended up in a twin room with beds pushed together. The hotel wanted a further 1000bhats per night to upgrade the room. We booked a superior room but we felt it was not to this standard.
Restaurant Tip : On the beach was a restaurant Kata Moma,s which is the best value for money on Kata beach.

Clean and modern amenites. Staffs are kindly and enthusiastic. I must pay the telephone bill for the phone that was not accessible. The Receptionist explained me that the hotel computer recorded when I make a phone call, even I can contact or not. If I come back Phuket, I will book this hotel again. The room is clean and amenities are good quality. There is also a beautiful private balcon. Staffs are kindly and professional. The hotel view is beautiful. The location is near the beach as well as the Kata Mama- the good and cheap restaurant in Kata.

Near to the quiet and beautiful KATA beach. Electrical power in the room cut off once. Nice decoration. Wonderful facilities. 5-10 minutes away from beach. Electrical power in the room was cut off once just after checked in. However, the bellboy managed to get it back immediately. When having breakfast, there are a lot of cats around. My wife and I really enjoyed our honeymoon here, not only because they gave us a big plate of various fruits as complementary.
Restaurant Tip : We had dinner at nearby Boathouse wine & grill. It was excellent and someone else requested fantastic fireworks on the beach.

Top Score hotel- value for money. Air condition - a little bit noisy. We come to this hotel again and again, in the tropical Garden and it is placed close to the beach, clean and comfortable rooms, nice swimming pools area, with pool bar. The breakfast is also very good. The staff is kind. You feel welcome every time. It is very good value for money, we can recommend this hotel, an we will come again soon.

Clean, exelent sea wiew, kindly staff. Tropical Garden is a nice placed hotel near the sea, with good sea wiew from the hotel, and only a few meters to the beach. The room are beauty with balcons. The hotel have 2 swimmingpools. The breakfast is very good and the staff is kindly. We can recomend this hotel, we have been at this hotel five times.

Reasonably good place. Lords Hotel in Seaview good view. Rooms are spacious and tidy. The stairs a lot. Huonejärjestykset confused. If the apartment is at the top of luggage carried home at the time of departure hall is really difficult because the bags must be on the stairs down.
