The hotel was very pleasant. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. We mostly enjoyed the room service which was ridculously cheap and really nice! Loads of tv channels too if you need to spend time in the room. Staff are very friendly. The location is pretty strange and looks odd from the exterior. It took us about 20 minutes to walk from the bus station, so would suggest a tuk tuk! No lift in the hotel so be prepared to drag your bag up the stairs! All in all we think the hotel was very good value for money and not sure we could have done better in Phuket Town. It was clean, friendly and comfortable and good if you need to spend a few hours relaxing as we did, as Phuket Town doesn't seem to have much to offer for tourists. No real complaints and great value for money. Recommended especially for young couples and backpackers.
Travel tip : There is a Seven Eleven a few minutes walk down the main road if you need to stock up on supplies.
We don't think you need very long in Phuket Town as there's not much that caters for tourists, good for an overnight stay before your ferry to Krabi.

The lobby was nice, near to local bus station, cheap taxi to big bus station, cheap. Rooms a little boring, smelled bad in one of our room, noisy, no view. The hotel was ok for one nights stay. The staff was friendly but the English was not so good. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast though we left early in the morning to catch the airport bus. Hotel called taxi for us to the bus station. They had free shuttle bus to a big mall in phuket town.
They pool and food area was nice. The rooms are not as nice as this area.
Clean bathroom.
Try to get a room on the other side from the lobby to get some view.
Hotel Feature Tip : Close to bus station if you just need to stay a night.

Great value for money, large comfortable room, pool, friendly staff. A little noisy, bed was hard. For the money, this is a great hotel. It's a little out of the way but totally within walking distance of all the major things you'll need in Phuket town, and being out of the way, it is therefore also much quieter. No street noise at all to speak of. The rooms aren't brilliantly noise insulated but it was a pretty quiet hotel anyway, so there really wasn't much noise to hear. The pool is small but nice and refreshing after a long day out. We booked a boat trip to Ao Nang through the Hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The best thing really is the price. It really is amazing value for money. Large, separate bathroom, a huge bed (which was a little hard), cable TV, a fridge. We really only needed somewhere to stay cheaply for a couple of nights before we moved on to resort stays elsewhere in Thailand, and it was perfect for that. If you're looking for a fancy resort, or you're used to staying in a Sheraton, this is not the place for you. But that's not a fair comparison. This is a budget hotel, and in that sense, is a bargain.
