Very private, superb service, friendly staff. The hotel is more than we expected.
A little 7 minutes walk to the beach, not too bad.
Travel tip : The hotel offers a cruise to Phi Phi island with their yatch. At 1st we thougth it was expensive, after the cruise, we love every minute of it. The yatch was 1st class treat.

Great location, great staff, great resort
I could rave about how good this resort is! My wife and I have stayed at the TwinPalms five times and every time this resort exceeds our expectations. The staff are just amazing, well poised and always too keen to help in anyway. Even the gardeners will down tools to say good morning to you.

great value of stay. clean and neat. Stuffs are really cool, Wi-Fi had added on in lobby in compare to three years ago and the in room internet had also made long-stay much easier. Food is great.

in compare to the other beach resort. it is indeed a quite and comfortable place the relaxation and vocation. the SPA is great and the beauty products and home products have been well developed into a product line. even the musics and CDs. it all marks the place the best modern and chic hotel in Phuket.
