Great Villa

Villa is clean, spacious and quiet. However, location is a bit remote so having your own car is essential. Breakfast choices are limited and if you stay for several nights, you may get tired of having the same thing everyday...however, there are several breakfast places within 5-10 mins driving.
Kitchen tends to be oily after staff cooks the breakfast and they only clean and wash up the utensils later in the day up to 3pm...so if you are particular, you might just wash up your own dishes.
Pool is 1.5m and not suitable for small kids, otherwise for adults and bigger kids, it is fine.
Nai Harn beach is a great for young kids...

Because of my fright arrival time is at 2300, so after I pick up my car is already 0000, so before few days they already sent me a e-mail to comfrim the breakfast time and the menu the day after my arrival,when I arrive they still have staff wait for me even the time is already 0115, I can park my car just in fornt of the front door of the villa, that is very convinience for me and my grandma , when I go inside the villa, that I can feel we are in holiday, the pool is very clean and no bugs and leaf or anything in the water, the room also is very big and clean.
They also proivide the maid come every moring to cook the breakfast , and the breakfast is very deliouse ,
even the location is not very convinience, but if you can drive, that is the great choice.

1. Pleasant stay overall.
2. Maid should be clear if veg / non-veg is required in the breakfast. Make sure you understand the requirements very clearly before acting.
3. Keep spare Adapters for mobile charging of customers as international customers will have different plug points.
Hotel Feature Tip:
1. Villa can be far away from reception, if possible ask for a villa as close as possible to the reception.
2. Travel guide shop available very close (50-70 mts) to the reception. It's good, can trust this shop for rates etc..
3. Vegetarian people... take some Maggie etc etc.. with you, can easily cook and eat.. otherwise finding veg food will give you a hard time.
4. Good restaurant with some veg food available: Orange (about five minutes walk from the reception)
5. Make sure you carry converters for charging your mobile / laptops (in case they are 3 pin... 2 pins are fine)... otherwise can face problems in getting one arranged.
5. Communicating in English might be a let down.

The private pool within the villa is a good experience, although the pool is small so only suitable for dipping rather than swimming. The kitchen is fully equipped so feel free to stir up some dishes of your own. The location is some distance away from the bustling beaches so if you prefer a more quiet location, you could stay here. However, this means that you either have your own transport or take the tuk tuks throughout your trip, which is considerably expensive.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Flying Hanuman is a must-go to enjoy zipping around the tree tops.

Really nice place.

Its was a relaxing stay at a very nice place. However, the location to me was just so so. I loved the villa but the restroom upstairs had a very strange gas smell coming from it. The staff did fix things promptly but never fixed the front door lock or the garden light upon request.

friendly staff, lovely villa with nicely maintained pool, clean bedrooms and living room. quite a few convenience stores/massage places/ eating house nearby, all within walking distance, very quiet area as it is near nai harn beach, no much ppl and no water sports at the beach. good for ppl who want a quiet and relaxed holiday without the crowd. need to travel to kata/patong beach for water sports and shopping.
Restaurant Tip:
a very nice steakhouse nearby, 5 min from left of villa and turn into a street, value for money n nice steak/wine

A 3.5-day friends' weekend getaway. We wanted a private pool and found this budget villa. We booked the hotel's airport transfer for which is reasonable provided that the villa is located 45-60min away from the international airport.
The villa is 2-storey high and is very spacious for the 4 of us. The bathrooms are particularly clean (I always evaluate a hotel based on this!). The private pool was awesome, but the hotel photos do look bigger than the actual object.
We loved the experience to have the maids prepare our breakfast inside our villa. The hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to the Naiharn Beach and Promthep Cape, but only one time a day. It was not easy to get anywhere, so we decided to rent a car (THB1300) for one day. The car rental is more expensive than that in the airport which I checked was around THB1000.
Staff in hotel offered excellent customer services. We contacted them for ipod dock free rental, arranging excursions, car rental and hiring taxi services. All the staff were very helpful and we would love to be back!
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel is in a remote residential area, you are not going anywhere without a vehicle. Taxi to Patong is around THB600 (one way) and THB400 to Kata Beach. You are better off with a car rental if you are planning to explore the city.
