We came at 11am and they allowed us to early check in, which was good to us. The hotel itself, its a budget hotel with 8 stories,we got a room in 6th floor. Along the street of Sansabai, there a lots of the same type accommodations but I choose WE because of the comments & score that people gave in agoda, turned up I am not disappointed with my choice. I like hotel which gave 4 pillows and it suprised me when a budget hotel like WE can do so.
The only small thing that maybe annoying me is a slight smell from the toilet drainage, the smell comes and goes, I guess that due to toilet construction from the beginning because I do smell that in the lobby toilet or maybe I am over hygienic. Overall its not a bad hotel to stay if you are on a shopping trip or short weekend escapades trip.

overall good n cheap but exists some safety issues

Cons
-all rooms located on one side of hotel have no views as the balcony is directly facing the other rooms like 2 meters away from the neighboring hotel.
-internet on some floors are horrible. (didn't really bother to get connected as I have to keep logging in due to the poor signal)
-sliding doors cant be locked (real problem as the rooms can be accessed easily from the hotel opposite which is located too close - can easily jump to the other balcony)
-the safe wasn't really safe as
-air-con could not be controlled. temperature was stuck at around 25 degrees celcius.
-plates of room service dishes left outside room for collection takes awhile to be collected.
