This hotel is in a very central location. It is around the block from the new Jocylen Mall which has plenty of shopping and dining options. But, the Bathrooms are very small. The shower stall is the bathroom itself so everything gets wet when you shower. Also there is no elevator, so if you are on the 4th floor it can be a challenge with luggage.
Nightlife Tip:
Close to night life, but is very noisy until 5 am everyday.

Great location but no elevator
Right down the street from Bangla road if you're looking for nightlife

They put me on the 5th floor and they do not have an elevator. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there. They are down the street from Bangla road and next door to the All 4 diving center. They have a nice little restaurant downstairs.

I stay at white patong this november and its a very clean hotel just outside the night life. The girls at the reception always smile and make your travel more conforable

good value for the money. staff were friendly and can speak english well. rooms were clean, fixtures new, and staff helpful and friendly. quite noisy at night till wee hours as there is a pub just opposite of the street, the wifi is unreliable and slow.
Restaurant Tip:
Try out the pizza place with the oven

Good Location, no elevator

The hotel location is very convinient, within walking distance to Bangla Road and Jungcyelon Mall. There is 24 hour mini market in front of you. The room we got is in the 4th floor, quiet but there is no elevator .Although is in the night life area, it is quite safe.
Like to stay in this hotel again, but no more than 3rd floor

near Bangla Road and Juncyelon Mall, so many option for shopping

When I arrived at the hotel the Taxi asked me for 100 baht more then we agreed at the airport (which is was also the written price at the airport). I told him that was not the price and he said he could not do it for the other price. The hotel front desk staff said they charge double so I should pay him more and that I was a Liar. I could not believe this. I was not even checked in. I was told by the person at the desk that there was no way a taxi would lie and because I am a foreigner I am lying. I was so shocked. After that I was not very comfortable staying here and I did not trust the hotel. My room was nice and accurate from the photos. The bathroom had white mold on the floor of the shower and black mold on the walls around the shower. The bed was old and broken but the sheets were clean and fresh. I did not complain because I was afraid to after the first situation.
Shopping Tip:
If you leave the hotel and walk out to the left at the end of the block there is a beautiful shopping mall with many foods and nice stores and stalls to buy a variety of products at. They have a Starbucks, Burger King, and some higher end restaurants. Clean and New.

Good location but poor hotel, staff ok.

Booking in was fine then told we was in the second block that was over the road, very small room with signs of damp.
Safe didnt work so had to call maid back, friends didnt work either and ended up having to use mine.
Different staff on desk and gave keys out with no questions.
Very noisey maids in the morning playig music and shouting to each other waking myself up.
Booked a week and paid up front but left after 2 days not all due to hotel but didnt help.
Travel tip:
Would not go to Phuket period and if I had to book a decent hotel to chill out in.

Ideally located for what our group wanted. Just a short stroll to the top of Bangla Road and all the action. The reception staff were friendly and the room very comfortable. Because of the location, comings and goings during the night are inevitable, but overall I found my room pretty quiet and the bed comfortable. The room was serviced every day to a good standard no matter what time I decided to leave it. Important to me as there is nothing worse than being woken up by staff that want to clean your room so they can go home. No lift so try to get a room on the first floor.
Nightlife Tip:
Just turn right at the end of the soi and Tai Pan Night Club is just about right for meeting a new companion.

Great location near Patong beach

Just ok. What you paid, what you get. The room is clean. You can find many restaurant around there. Only 3 minutes walk to Patong beach.
