I had a good communication with staff. Also, we arrived this hotel before check in time but they told me to check in early,, so we are very thanksfull for this staff.
The Rooms are very comfortable and felt well!

If you think you would like to get at least 5 minutes of sleep a night, then do not choose this hotel. People say location, location about this one but that depends on your description of "location". If you are a single guy who would like to bring girls to your room every night and don't care about the noise, then its a convenient location just steps away. But you can get cheaper much nicer places just 2-3 minutes away from this one.

next to junkceylon shopping mall, patong beach is just a short distance & the room is big

the hotel is close to bangla road but not that close until you can hear the noise. the room was on the top floor and it was big. the toilet is big as well but it is just equipped with shower facilities.Junkceylon shopping mall is just around the corner and you can get good bargains from the stores in the mall. do go to the plaza to enjoy the free waterworks show at night. the staff were friendly and gave us recommendations on activities and tours.

Bad experience with staff, they are rude and bad attitude. Will not staying here again. The stay at the this hotel was uncomfortable. We got the room on 3th floor and there was no elevators.
