rooms were nice, rooftop pool was very clean and nice, we stayed on the 2nd level and without the lift, but bellboy will help you friendly,
the location about 20mins walk to bangla road and jungceylon shopping centre. overall a nice stay.

The hotel is extremely worn out, and you can hardly recognize it from the photos. The superior suite was a nice and big room. The location is perfect if you want to stay close to the beach and to the nightlife, but if you want peace and quiet, pick another hotel.

The condition of the hotel is not like what i have expected. when I got to this hotel I was really shocked to find out that it was below my expectation. The rooms are quite old and quite dusty.

the royal suite room was very spacious and clean. basic facilities provided. simple but good buffet breakfast (included with room). no hassle during check out. friendly staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Best location just a few minutes walk from the beach and night life.

The hotel location is fine if you prefere to stay near the beach, but very noise neighbourhood. The room type Deluxe cannot be recommended. The rooms are very dark and electric light is not sufficient. The breakfast is good

central to entertainment,food stalls, beach and yet not too noisy while in room at night despite of entertainment surrounding the hotel

one might get scar of hazzard by massage shops beside hotel while one has to pass them all the time to leave the hotel but they do not bother one too much,so it was ok,breakfast was ok considering what the room costs,friendly and helpful staff,got a fine for parking my motor bike wrong side of the road,one have to repark every day before 8am,the fine is 300 bath but the night portier will repark your bike if you let him know,50 bath was very appreciate so you do not need to get off your bed before 8am.
Travel tip:
explore yourself but remember the bargaining is at least 50% off
