bad service and old rooms

1) aircon was spoilt and super noisy. they tried to fix a few times but it continued, gave a stand fan but it broke down as well.
2) toilet seat was broken
3) the view from the room is of a dumping grassland
4) switch us to a different room on third day and there were still problems with aircon.
5) one of the mornings, there was no water running due to some inspection then later in the evening, the water was running brown for half an hour. we were not given warnings or being informed of these changes.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
try impiana or la flora. its within the same vicinity walking distance to shops, the beach, restaurants and seven-eleven. try anahita massage and nong jam seafood. it is really good.

we found a nice restaurant that serves excellent and cheap food! nong jam restaurant!
the beach is very clean and near the hotel, just 5mins walk. there is also a pharmacy and a 24hrs provision shop nearby.
lots of massage around the hotel with good service and skills. will be heading back there in june!

Pathetic service - avoid this hotel

It was a very bad experience. A/c was making noice - but Noone was listening.people were very very rude and people in morning shift had no communication with evening shift and vice versa.
Once for called for housekeeping at 9 pm - they said nobody is there.I had to clean my sons vomit myself.
Even the manager has no control.his promises are empty.
Pathetic in true sense.

i wish the hotel staff paid more attention towards the cleanliness of the hotel. the acs keep leaking all the time and the rooms are not sanitised everyday. thats a bother.
Restaurant Tip:
A must visit to "Patong Sea-Food Restuarant" for its amazing sea food cuisine and tourist friendly "picture menu-card" which helps us choose the dishes.

this hotel and its staff were fantastic and friendly at all times. they went out of their way at check in and check out. taxi service at the front of the hotel, mini mart next door. short walk to all the attractions of patong beach. rooftop pool is really nice, though the beach is so close were hardly used it. cheap and nice option for young or old individuals.

We stayed here for 5 days and every day was a nice memory. The location is definitely fantastic, all kinds of dining restaurants, massage shops and day trip agencies around. At night, we enjoyed ourselves at different pubs and markets selling all kinds of foods,desserts and fruits. The staff there were super kind and helpful. It was a very pleasant journey and thank to White Sand.
