Do not stay here! Construction 5 feet from your room, starts at 6 am noisy and loud. People walking around can see into your room. Reception VERY rude. Breakfast disappointing, Outdated, dark, dingy. Don't stay here!!! Had to spend Xmas day looking for another place to stay.

i love this place , have stayed many times (so much so that i am having a wedding in jan and recomended all my friends here, now it looks like there isnt a room left for me !!!) the location is fantastic , the staff are beautiful. its not flash, but its clean and well priced !
Restaurant Tip:
walk out the foyer, turn right, cross the rd - head to beach- turn right just before the beach up a driveway/alley and you will see patong tattoo, and tattoo bar , I have had 3 tattoos there, my son 2, my other son 1 and my husband 2 - mit and wat are brilliant ! both bamboo and gun - and tattoo bar , great staff and cold beers. behind tattoo bar right on beach is sabai restaurant, awesome food !!!

stayed here so many times , its great ! look at my past reviews for extra. not flash , but great price - must admit my last trip there was work/maintenance happening , though it didnt affect us directly, there was a real smell coming from the bathroom , but nothing a can of airfresh couldnt fix

I have stayed here before, and will stay again. great staff, clean rooms,great price and fantastic location.
Travel tip:
diagonally left as you leave the hotel , walk along the alley toward beach, take allley on left and you will be at tattoo bar. cold beers , great people x also sabai beach restarant there , great food !

Good service with a smile at the reception. Where we checked into our room, we had a great surprise. The room is unbelivingly big. It almost like a suite, Very clean room, nice decor, beds, etc... All of us love it. The hotel is just located like 2 min walk to the beach, a stone throw away. Eating, drinking and shopping is everywhere. It also has a nice rooftop swimming pool though not big but good enough for a dip. Lovely hotel, will definately come back again on our next visit to phulet.

This was our first trip to Patong Beach. The location of the White Sand was really good. The rooms were spacious and clean although our daughters room had a strong sewerage smell. It helped if she kept a bathmat over the drain in the bathroom.
Breakfast was good the first morning but went downhill after that,still you could get nicely cooked eggs each day.
The air conditioning was working well and the beds were comfortable,if a bit firm
The rooftop pool was nice and clean

Location was so good but once one got past the lobby the halls were dingy and dirty - patios were the same unkempt appearance.
Bed linens were white and fresh but towels were worn. Found several small cockroaches in my room which was unappealing.

Scruffy Murphies --- great place to go to hear good music
