The room is spacious and clean. However one of the rooms air conditioning leaks and was dripping water throughout the night. We reported the problem and the technician got it fixed the next day. overall it was a good stay and will definitely stay there again if we are staying at Karon.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
take a tour package from the more established companies. the one we took was from friendship. good service

Cool relax
Good price for the good place in Phuket.
Clean and not crownded.
Very service-minded from hotel staff.
You recall me that "Thailand is the land of smile".. I'm Thai but also agreed with this.

Very close with beach, just across the local road.
Swimming pool is cool design.
Hotel is decorated to match with good fengshui.

Woraburi - ehh ok
The pool is very convenient and the hotel is situated in a relatively quite part of koran beach. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel was better than expected for $35 USD. The pool was very nice but the breakfast for 250 bhat was not that appetizing. The staff was very accomidating and extremely friendly. The hotel was overall very good for that price point and I would stay there again for that price point. The area of Koran Beach is not my favorite either, however the staff is second to none in my bood.
Nightlife Tip:
Would not recommend going to Patong beach unless you want a western atmosphere

very nice and cozy little hotel/resort with a tropical vibe... staff were really helpful and nice .. we had an evening flight and checked out of the hotel in the afternoon, the staff let us put our luggage at their storeroom and even let us use one of the cabana rooms to refresh ourselves when we came back to retrieve our luggage! that was awesome...
our group booked 3 cabana rooms and found all rooms to be different in terms of furnishing... generally it was good but my bathroom was rather old as compared to the others with a yellowish toilet seat..and another room's aircon was not very strong...
Shopping Tip:
there is a market just a few meters away from the hotel... selling beach wear etc.. good to bargain first .. but due to the lack of ventilation it can be really unbearably hot in there... be forewarned..

Old Hotel in need of Refurbishment
Next door to local markets, across the road from beach, exceptionally good staff. 5 minute walk to main street shops and local food.

This is still a great place to stay,depending on price due to it's location, Restaurant food was only average, you can do much better eating at local kerbside vendors just off Main St, fresh ingredients, clean cooking areas, watch your food being cooked, meet other visitors at communal tables, and at a 1/4 of the price of the restaurants. You must try banana and honey pancakes available everywhere, Tom Yam seafood soup.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must see,
James Bond Island Tour, world class tour with P. explorers.
Phi Phi Island tour.
Fantasea show- be warned that Fantasea will try to extract every last cent from you after your arrival, but still a must see, food was average but plenty of it and variety.
Buy tailored suits at hotel from Kumahl, much better than downtown.
Buy cheap T shirts and shorts at the market next door, no need for washing during your holiday.

The hotel is near with the seaside and many thai restaurant, the staff there is very polite and helpful too. The swimming pool is great, i like the bar at the pool,

The woraburi karon beach is a short walk along the beach from the bar and restuarant area,
Although the hotel is nice and has a good pool it is spoiled by the staff and the concession suit shop at the entrace where you are pestered constantly to buy a suit!!

This is a good hotel right on Karon beach, which is clean and not too busy. The entrance of the hotel is kind of ugly, and you have to pass annoying Indian tailors who harass you. The hotel shouldn't allow that on their premises, it's not at all classy. But inside it's nice. The rooms are clean, modern, large and comfortable. The pool area is delightful -although surrounded on all 4 sides by the hotel rooms, it's a long and winding pool dotted with trees and sunbeds which makes it a great place to relax. The food service was the only other disappointment really, but this is Phuket so you probably won't be eating at the hotel too often.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Use the hotel shuttle bus if you're going to Patong and avoid the tuk-tuk extortionists.

Nicely situated along the Beach Road and a walking distance just next door, one can find almost anything from clothings to bags etc. etc. The only snag is one need to know how to bargain in order to get a good price. The beach may not be as busy as Patong but it's clean with lots of deck chairs available

Get the rooms along the pool and you can just dive in from your balcony.
