The hotel is right across the street for the beach. They have adjoining rooms, which is very nice for families - it's practically a suite with the door between the rooms. The staff was perfect in every way.
Location is excellent choice for families at night. We stayed here three nights. I was a little wary about booking these rooms because the rate was so low that I was afraid it would be a dump. But, the pictures on Agoda are very accurate and we were very happy with our rooms. It would have been a bargain at triple the price! I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. This will be our choice on our next trip to Phuket.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to James Bond Island.

clean, tidy, nice pool and landscape.. the hotel is far from mini mart and far from crowd.... no bar, no entertainment around...

as a honeymooners, they were upgrade our room from superior into suite sea view room, wow it awesomed!
after check in, we swim. hhmmm they really have a gud landscaping on it! relaxable day.....
altough they are far from mini mart, they have a small counter that sell our needs..

Very nice room, large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. Cabana pool access is great, accessible by others, but yet giving privacy. No noise coming from outside at all. Breakfast line is not so good. Only few selection of food, seems like 2 - 3 star hotel. Overall, Woraburi is very nice. I stayed in Cabana pool access and two nights were just not enough. The room is large, and the best part is definitely bathroom. Although staying in pool access, which is very open to others, but yet, it is quiet and private. Comparing to other pool access room I’ve been, this is incredible. All furniture setting is convenient and I can spend all day just to stay in the room.

Maybe I had my expectations set a little high but room was very standard. Hotel staff were friendly but not able to provide information on any of our questions about local amenities. The pool was fantastic and beautifully designed. We did not eat at the hotel – adding breakfast was going to cost an extra £17 a night for the two of us so I cannot comment. Like all hotels, the spa was very over priced; however, just round the corner are 2 great value massage places. Overall our experience was fine, but nothing special.
Travel tip : Rather than taking a 500BAHT single taxi ride into town, rent a motorbike for the day for between 250-300BAHT in the complex next to the hotel.

The staff were very friendly. The location was good. It's right in front off the beach. The pool looked pretty. And our room was comfy...clean bathroom. There were 2 free bottle water, bath robes, and slippers for the guests. They also have free bus to patong (drop you off at Jungceylon) 12.00 pm and 7 pm. The decoration pillows (purple ones) were smelly. and our beds on the first night felt a little bit damp. And the pool was not that clean. I could smell urine at the corner of the pool (close to kitty pool.) It's quite nice. If you like privacy, you should stay at this hotel.

near kata beach..every thing was good for me! we stayed for 2night in front of swimming fool.
it was so usefull to swim.
also breakfast was so nice. every staff was kind for us. i was so happy to stay here.
the beach was very near form hotel.
i walked for eat out to kata beach.
there was great restaurant near there.
if i come again, i will stay here.
Shopping Tip : littl bit far from the shopping, if you like to walk by beach you can walk slowly that you can find great food stores easily.

Attractive, friendly and great service. Good breakfast, and near to beach and entertainment with free transport available. Very good value for money! Wardrobe was smelly in the room :P... This hotel is very good value for money considering the proximity to the beach, and patong beach area for the entertainment ;-) the people are very friendly, and give good service. the beach nearby is great to walk on... and there are many good restaurants nearby.
Nightlife Tip : Free transport to Patong beach... lots of entertainment there if you like good nightlife.

Or can go to Promthep view point in 30 minutes.
I stayed in pool access room.
Nice pool and clean. But a little bit noisy from children. Breakfast is good and various, beach is very beautiful. Only one comment about house keeping.
I didn't have towel and slipper on day 1.

Quiet, peaceful hotel with an excellent swimming pool. Good service. Building needs some work on it. Roof leaks and problems with rain water entry into the breakfast dining room. Pool tiles at water level could be better cleaned. This hotel was recommended to my wife and I by local Bangkok residents. Their comment was "Not flash, but quite adequate". We couldn't agree more. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is situated in one of the more quiet parts of Phuket. Just what we were looking for, as Patong is too busy for us. The pool is excellent. The hotel is rather quiet. However, the breakfast dining room was a bit too small at peak times. It needs to be expanded. Furthermore, the structure needs some work on it. A few roof leaks were noticed in the breakfast dining room. Water was able to enter the dining area when raining thereby causing a slip hazard to residents. Overall we were happy and the hotel offered good value for money.
Travel tip : Take a 15 minute walk to the Marina and enjoy the food and atmosphere at "On the Rock" restaurant. Worth making a reservation a day or two prior to dining. Excellent food. Make a visit also to "Dino's Bar". Quite different.

Great breakfast and fun lobby ambiance. tailors stop you when you walk into the hotel as their shop is based right at the entrance. Had a bad lunch at the hotel, but food in the area was great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : On this beach, there is a lot to do in town at night, just have to find town. Leave the hotel and head right past all the hotels and back to the rotary. You'll see some other roads heading slightly up a hill away from the water and there are markets and restaurants all up and down these streets! Plenty to do here!

Very close to the beach and restaurants, staff friendly The electricity dropping out every night. One morning there was no hot water. We had a very enjoyable stay. The room is very comfortable. The staff were lovely allowing us an early check in and late check out. They were able to answer any queries we had. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the hotel which is very well situated. The free transport to Patong is also a bonus.
Restaurant Tip : Eat the seafood it is fresh and delicious.

Perfect location in Karon beach, beautiful garden with swimming pool, good English speaking staff. No eletrical power generator for sudden power supply off. Good resort with reasonable rate, convenient location and good service.
