Staff were just exceptionally friendly and courtious
Hotel was clean and beautifully set.
I cannot think of anything we did not like about the hotel I have been to thailand many times and also phuket.
I have stayed at various hotels, but this was our first time in woraburi and we all really enjoyed out time at the hotel. I felt we were treated very well and the staff all treated us like they knew us.
Well done to everyone. We shall definately recommend this hotel.
Nightlife Tip : Nightlife was brilliant. Just a tuk tuk ride away.

The hotel location is pretty good. hotel staff is also helpful and polite. Less garden or tree. The car park is quite limited. I'm quite happy and convenient to reserve hotel booking via agoda, which provide and screen good hotel & resort with reasonable price. It's likely that price booking via agoda is cheaper than booking directly or walk in. Woraburi resort at Phuket located in the nice , calm area, and just 50 metre walk from the hotel to the beautiful, long beach. It's an impressive staying there.

room with exit to pool, spa very few staff members speak english, food in the hotel isn't all that great, cocktail bar not great either A good hotel, but I would have expected more from a 4 star. Clean, but basic. It justifies the price it was given at, however the hotel needs renovation, as it seems to have had it quite a long time ago.
Restaurant Tip : We ended-up dining at the nearby Movenpick hotel's restaurant, which is slightly more expensive for the regular seafood buffet, but has some nice european food which is essential for someone not used to be consuming asian food so often. I'd also recomend Woraburi's SPA. I'd say it is the best service it offers.

Beautifull hotel and stunning swimming pool internet booking on their own site First class hotel with a fantastic swimming pool. Aircon in room and decor was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with booking an extra night on their own internet site. Took 24hrs to process so they told me to come down in the morning and book the extra night only to be told the next day they were full. Apart from that excellent hotel.

Excellent Pool, beach front property bathroom needed a lot of work The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, even had our room decorated with flowers in hearts for our honeymoon. Breakfast buffet included was pretty good, not top quality but had all the necessities and good selection. The pool is what makes this hotel so great, especially if you have a poolside room like ours, where your balcony opens right on to the pool. The bathroom was definitely needing help - the plumbing was off, old dirty water kept coming up in the sink, shower pressure was terrible and the water temperature went from freezing cold to steaming hot at least 50 times during a 5 minute shower so we were constantly play with the knobs so as not to burn! Overall a good stay if you can get a good price.
Restaurant Tip : There is a nice row of restaurants and massage parlors just a few minute walk turning left walking out of the hotel, if you dont feel like eating dinner at the hotel restaurant.

great location of quieter part of the beach but a bit far from Kata - which is a nicer place for the evenings but not such a nice beach.
Very uncomfortable 3rd bed. Thanks Woraburi for your great service and helpful staff. I would definatey recommend this hotel for people looking for a packagey beach holiday and roasting on a beach. But I am more of a traveler and prefer less people (Phuket was the problem not Woraburi). The room was pretty and very clean. The food was good. And the staff amazing. Good value for money and great location away from Patong but close enough to pop over there, beautiful beach.
Nightlife Tip : Go to Ratri Jazzteraunt for a sunset cocktail and tasty dinner but take your credit card!!

clean rooms, close to beach. construction failures in rooms (broken water taps, leaking water from bathtubs.) noisy surrounding (big generator from nearby market, loud music in evening), little air/sun reaching the swimming pool which is located in a narrow space between u-shaped hotel building, breakfast is average. We chose this hotel based on excellent reviews in the Lonely Planet and www.holidaycheck.de. However, we had to realize that it was largely oversold, or had lost the charm it once was supposed to have. Painted in aggressive yellow color and constructed very narrowly, it rather felt like residing in a chicken cage. In addition, rooms were oftentimes only cleaned in the evening or only upon explicit request with housekeeping. The only pro is the proximity to the beach. In short, for us it was a big disappointment - even more given this hotel was so warmly recommended by other reviews we considered trustworthy.
Restaurant Tip : restaurants nearby are of little value (overpriced, average food), better go eat out in Kata or Karon.

We liked the room size and location. The breakfast was not fresh and the staff were not accomadating. The pool was not really a pool that you want to relax around as hardly any sun hits it in the day as its shaded by all the trees. The hotel was big and quite disjointed. The room we stayed in was nice but that was about it. The staff were not overlly friendly and the hotel did not have a vibe that you would want to have dinner there or even a drink at the bar. We went out the whole time we were there and basically only slept there. Our room aso backed onto a big swamp so at times the smell was not good.
Travel tip : The beach in front of the hotel has beach chairs you can buy for the day.

free 15 minute massage, awesome pool, clean comfy rooms, easy check in, the staff helped arrange an easy ride to the airport, right on the strip so a tuck tuck is almost knocking you over to take ya anywhere The pool would've been way better heated, no hot tub. Spent two nights here and had a ground level room with the patio that connects to the pool. Very safe area, had dinner in the lobby one night (eh) but the morning brunch and happy hour spread was good.
Travel tip : Many places to eat along the strip. I would pass on the hotel evening hang

Staff terrific, view rooms great (also pool rooms nice too) good location, excellent food in their outdoor restaurant facing the sea. We loved the Woraburi-we couldn't decide where to stay on Phuket and pured over the choices. This was a great find. The staff was so helpful, they gave us a view room, helped us find a flight out when we were stuck in Thailand (airport in Bangkok closed) and very gracious. The room was terrific. The seafood barbeque was outstanding and the band was lots of fun. The beach across the street was beautiful and we enjoyed the waves of Karon beach. Lots of restaurants and markets right next door.

Good location, easy to walk to the beach, just across the road.
Nice and clean room, also having swimming pool in front of guest room, only 1st floor.
Service at restaurant is quite good. *Receptionist are not friendly, she asked me what time will you leave while the check in process is not yet finished.
*Limited car park.
*Seafood dinner is not variety, no fish, no squid, no coffee is served in this buffet dinner. We took 2 days vacation at the Woraburi Phuket by driving a car from Bangkok which is very tiring, unfortunately the receptionist requested my credit card, even we reserved a room by tour agent, which mean we paid already. We thought we are local tourist that's why they need money warranty to protect soft drink in guest room.
This is stupid policy of the hotel. They should consider the guest who coming alone, not a big group tour.
Nightlife Tip : Just walk a few minute from the hotel to the bar. Very big and nice bar near the beach, including near by the shopping area too. Try to buy soft drink/beer at 7-11 rather than the normal shop, the price is a lot different, ex: green tea in 7-11=20 baht, but other=30 baht
