I loved the location and how it was a short walk to all of the shopping and dinning. It wasn't in the middle of the madness though, which made it a peaceful retreat from all the hustle and bustle. The drinks were cold and very inexspensive:)Just an all around wonderful experience.

Nice hotel in walking distance to town.

This hotel clean and comfortable. It is a good 10/15 minute walk from the beach and where the restaurants and bars are, which made it nice and quiet. Sometimes nice to have a walk. The wifi was broken when we got there. And even when it worked it was pretty poor. If are looking to go up to the pool and lay down, don't bother as there are NO sunbeds to lay on by the pool! So we booked this hotel thinking we could lay by the pool. When in fact we couldn't. We had to go to the beach everyday. Reception confirmed no beds available.

Basic but efficient-
Handy for shops/restaurants but 10 mins walk from beach

Was OK but dont believe everything that they advertise like washing machine! Internet was free and staff helpful-maybe slightly overpriced for what you get but room was OK-No view at all from balcony-rooms opposite-

reach phuket at night & spent a night here before move to other hotel.the room is big n clean but smell fishy. quite far from the patong beach unless you rent a motorbike.

The hotel location is not convenient to go to the shopping mall jungceylon.
Other than that everything is ok.
From jungceylon to yk Patong resort I have to pay thb150/trip by their so called taxi which is expensive.
Motor cycle is thb100/trip
Hotel is clean but not fantastic as what I see from the web.
Steam room & sauna operating hour is odd, from 2-8pm. Gym from 10am to 8pm.
Swimming pool is small but I like the environment.

Rooftop pool is mint, Place was nearly empty or it seemed that way, rooms are tidy, modern, good service.
Shopping Tip:
What ever the big mall is called in town, was worth a visit.
