This is one hotel that you are just happy to laze around the lounge area all day long. Time becomes irrelevant. The landscape here is so beautiful that you wish your house is built like this. we spent the whole afternoon just laying on the daybed. it somehow invoked the same serenity of Sri Panwa. sometimes words and pictures are not enough to fully explain what you get at these resorts. The restuarant is very reasonably priced.
Negatives:
Don't expect much mod con, you are almost on the border with Myanmar. Everything is beautiful but basic. And the herds of wedding photographers may drive you insane.
Travel tip:
Includes Baan Tien Hom and Scenery Hip resort to your iternaries. very close and worth visiting.

the resort is well built in a good location surrounded by nature and easy to access. however, the team of staff is not well trained to handle problems, unfortunately my reservation was not in their system on my arrival and the reason given by the hotel front was agoda did not send my booking to la toscana which was very unlikely. so i could not have the room type (garden suite) selected when i first ordered online.

fantistic small resort in suan phung,ratchaburi. the resort has 19 separate houses all surrounded by green trees & beautiful flowers. all the staff in the hotel were very friendly and always with a smile in their faces. we ordered bbq set for dinner on the rooftop in our house (jacuzzi suite), the hotel staff came to decorate the rooftop with candles free of charge. we ordered chicken/beef & pork for bbq plus spaghetti, salad and a champagne, the total cost is only baht. we enjoyed very much this candle night dinner in la toscana. all you need is to bring a good book and relax with nature.
Restaurant Tip:
Must visit "Monai Kitchen", a very good local thai restaurant. just 5 minutes walk fm La Toscana (turn left fm the hotel main entrance). Despite they dont have english manua, only one girl can speak english, she will recommend good thai food, just like us we came from Hong Kong, we can only speaks a little thai for ordering food.

This hotel is located at the beautiful landscape of ratchburee, so the travellers can see a beautiful view around the hotel. the service is also excellent, workers always have a smile with a pleasnt. its such a cool place for a couple to have a wonderful time together. sometimes, they should have more activities for the travellers to enjoy the experience there.

La Toscana is situated in a lovely place- surrounded by hills and farm land. The rooms were excellent- large, comfortable, with nice high ceilings.
The only cons are the poor quality of the food at dinner and the piped music. Breakfast was average.
