Families with older children France, April 24, 2013	Difficult to access / close of floating market Difficult to access during the night / very close of the floating market 6.7 We had very hard time to find it, the name is only in Thai language, I spend 30 minutes on the phone to find it, and they were not able to lead me in t he right direction. Anyway after the staff was efficient and they were trying to bring service. The swimming pools are very beautiful and the hotel is very close ofthe floating market

Location for floating market, free bike hire, sheltered pool 5.3 One of the reasons we picked this resort was because of the reviews saying they were good at booking taxis at a reasonable rate. They then told us the taxis were really expensive and to book the minibus instead, but then we were charged for two spaces each because we had bags with us! The bikes were in bad condition and half of them were broken. We had dinner, breakfast and lunch here and our food was served one person at a time. There were only three of us in the restaurant, but by the time the third person had got their meal, the first person had already finished their meal! Very slow service.
