First off, this hotel is located quite a ways out of the city center. There are no signs outside the hotel in English, apparently no registration cards in English and no staff with English ability. If you can't speak or read Thai, or aren't traveling with someone who can, you will have trouble.
We arrived at about 7pm on the evening of the first night of our two night reservation. It was the worst "reception" I've ever experienced at any hotel, and to be honest I nearly just left. The "receptionist" working at the front desk was busy watching TV and breathing through her mouth, and made it very clear that dealing with us was a painful chore. No greeting no smile, just slammed a registration form in front of me. After getting to our room we phoned reception to get the password for wireless internet. Her response on the phone was "unnngh" and she hangs up.
The rooms are okay, but obviously the hotel is meant for Thai couples having discreet liasons. The aircon and TV are wired into a panel at the side of the bed (no remote controls) with all the lights, because then you don't have to leave the bed, where all the action is taking place. There are no power outlets on the bed side of the room, so impossible to plug in a reading lamp or laptop while in bed. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. No restaurant at the hotel.

un resort donde llegar y aparcar en la puerta de la habitación con el coche. rodeado de numerosas plantas y muy tranquilo.
aunque la habitación era de dimensiones considerables y muy limpia faltaba algo de luz pues aunque tenía muchos puntos de luz la iluminación que daba era un poco pobre. wifi gratuito y desayuno americano con unas deliciosas madalenas de plátano. excepcional el personal, la chica de la recepción nos dejó su moto para ir a cenar a un restaurante que nos recomendaron en la ciudad. muchas gracias!!

C'est avec grand plaisir que j'ai passé 4 jours dans cet hotel assez original. Chambres élégament décorées, emplacement au calme, personnel très amical (néanmoins ne parlant pas anglais). Rapport qualité-prix très bon.

บรรยากาศทั่วไปดี เงียบ ห้องพักดีแยกห้องน้ำกับห้องอาบน้ำทำให้สะดวก อาหารเช้าดีมากถึงแม้จะมีให้เลือกน้อยแค่ชุดอาหารเช้ากับข้าวต้ม แต่ก็มีคุณภาพดี เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมที่อยู่ในระดับเดียวกัน ประทับใจพนักงานที่ห้องอาหาร ที่ทั้งทำอาหารและดูแลแขก อัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้ม พนักงานดูแลส่วนอื่น ดูแลดี มีปัญหาโทรตามมารวดเร็วและดูกระตือรือร้น แต่พนักงานต้อนรับดูไม่รู้เรื่องมากๆ พูดจาห้วนๆ เราหาทางเข้าโรงแรมไม่เจอ โทรถาม 3 ครั้งก็ไม่รู้เรื่อง สุดท้ายต้องหาทางเอง โดยรวมดี หากมีโอกาสคงต้องกลับพีกอีกแน่นอน
