Best hotel with nice sea winds and sea-side bar.
Bar and the promotion of it's sell. The room is also splendid.

Nie hotel and the room is also neat and clean. However, the maid service was a bit slow, when we ordered an extra bed. The breakfast was also normal with nothing interesting about it. Just a regular breakfast like many other hotel. But above all, everything is very neat and clean and nice.

we really enjoyed our stay here alot. great value for sure!!!friendly service and a beautiful hotel. breakfast was the best ever. 3 swimming pools and ocean. the place is a great family vacation spot away from all the hustle and bustle.the restaurant was very good,and the waiters are the best.the rooms are nice size and comfortable. definitely would recommend to everyone. very relaxing place with a nice happy hour bar near the beach with a good entertainment

3 big pool & a lot of sun bed & couple steps to the sandy beach!

love to stay this big hotel with a lot of garden, 3 pool, bar , resturant and playground, don't missed the hotel activity with full of fun and enjoyment relax sun bathing by the beach or pool, food is yummy a bit expensive with food and dring but overall enjoy staying here.

Overall excellent value, avoiding the rack rate, decent rooms and good beach location. Hotel has its own beach, which is very clean and relatively private.
Nearby restaurants and bars are limited to only a few in the neaby area (walking distance)but there eating option available outside the hotel. Other restaurant and bars are located around 12km away.

every hotel is providing at least free wifi in public area, but not novotel. the wifi is not free, actually expensive. not even free access in the public area.

A very nice hotel. Somewhat expensive for meals and drinks but very pleasant stay. Head out to Villa Bali or Buffalo Bills for nice food and a bit more life at night.

Room is okay but there are water flow trouble with toilet & shower room. Renovation may be neccessary. Private beach is nice. However, there are not enough amount of chairs for guess. Available chairs were occupied from morning time by guesses.

Quality of buffets (incl. breakfast buffet) not satisfactory; also housewine is below average.
Staff will need (re-) training.
Receptionist at breakfast buffet is approaching entering guests in a rather rude manner asking for room number.
Same person in the evening at bar for Happy Hour did not want to provide 2nd drink free of charge ("Sorry, orders are already closed") although first drink clearly was ordererd within happy hour time. After argueing for some time finally 2nd drink was provided.
Room maids in the morning go rather noisily about their work talking in loud manner in corridor.
