Lovely swimming pools, breakfast and staff. Wireless internet a bit slow. We live in Bangkok and come here for a bit of R and R when work gets too much, always have a relaxing time at this resort. The rooms are nice and clean.
Restaurant Tip : Across the road is a decent Thai restaurant if you 're on a budget.

Good staff and peaceful.Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Large interesting shape swiming pool and is paces from the beach 25km out of Rayongm so if no transport could fel a little mrooned Whn we arrived we were warmly welcomed and received room upgrade. There is choice of restaurant- Italian or Thai- we opted for Thai which was a good choice. Very peaceful at night. Would suggest is excellant for three day chill

The pools were very nice. There is NOTHING to do close to the resort. The Resort is nice for families and business meetings, but was extremely boring for two young adults.

The room was good, and was quiet when we stayed. Breakfast was a bit poor, less choice, and expensive. And some insects came into the room. Totally, satisfied for us. Room was good, and scenery was good. Easy to access beach in fromt of the hotel. The beach in front of this hotel was wide and huge. But, the hotel front guys could not speak English well so it was difficult to communicate. Personally I would rate this hotel as 3.5 stars. Outside of this hotel was not convenient to eat, buy something, so I would suggest to visit here with your car (or should have rent motor-cycle or rent a car), if you could have those here, more enjoyable (we had a car here so we were not hard to access anywhere).
Restaurant Tip : Breakfast (Buffet) was not satisfy us. It should be improved.

Charming Italian restaurant improve the quality of the coffee We have been to this hotel for more than 15 years and the atmosphere is excellent and the staff is very kind with us. When we arrive, we are welcome and the staff calls us by our name. A lot of families love to stay to this hotel because the environment is green, quiet and beautiful. Our recommandation : this hotel is "a family hotel", parents and children enjoy the 2 swimming pools, the Spa and a wonderful sea view. An excellent hotel for retired people because they can enjoy the beautiful garden with several old trees. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Beachfront-but beach is not quite beautiful & too crowded 1. Receptionists- some are nice but some don't have service-mind.

The landscape is quite OK but the hotel, the building, room, aisel, beach chairs are quite old and someplaces are not clean, though room is well decorated but the single bed is too small-not reasonable for the room price,which is quite expensive. Swiiming pool is too small & too crowded. Parking lots isn't sufficient & hotel security isn't good.
Overall i think it should be ranked as 3-stars not 4-stars hotel!

The prize is reasonable and beach is O.K. The seafoot restaurants are close to the hotel. The room service is O.K. The room size is too small and it has a lot of mosquito. If u want a reasonable hotel and not far from Bangkong,this hotel should be your choice. It has two swimming pools and pool size is O.K. The seafood restaurants are not far from here. In the morning, you can go to coffee shop in front of the hotel, it's good taste and reasonable prize.

The hotel is quite old but well renovate. I can't see the sea from the room i stay, i saw just employee house and also the room opposite me will face the parking lot. The swimming pool is quite old as well. the best of all the hotel is just renovate

No sea view, a little old This is a good place to stay if you want a quiet place as it's quite far from attraction places. However, you should have your own car for your own traveling. The hotel is nice and clean, but it's a little old. There are only few rooms that face the sea.

Well appointed rooms, nice pools, right next to huge beach The Novotel is used a lot for conferences, so can be busy at times (when the conferences take a break) but the pool was quiet most of the time. The food was good (with the exception of breakfast which was ordinary and overpriced), but quite expensive. The beach is clean and has some pleasant local restaurants - nothing flash but good food.

Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet The hotel in general is good and a nice place to stay but the room I was in looked a bit old and out-dated but overall ok. My cost for the room was very reasonable so it is definitely a good value. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff would bend over backwards to help with any issue.

Good sized rooms with balconies, friendly and efficient staff, lots of swimming pool space, right on the beach. A bit family friendly for us as many kids around the pools from morning til night. This kind of resort isn't our usual choice because we prefer a smaller style resort, but friends were staying in a nearby hotel which was full. The hotel is as you would expect from a Novotel - big, well-over a hundred rooms, a choice of restaurants and pools, and not particularly personal. However, the rooms are of a good-size, well-equipped, all with balconies, and fairly well finished. There is not too much in the surrounding area, but the hotel restaurants offer a reasonable option for food. All in all, good, but nothing spectacular.
Nightlife Tip : The 2-for-1 cocktails and the hotel's beach bar are good value. And the glass bottles of water in the minibar are the free ones, not the plastic.
