Well maintained garden and pool area. Water in the pool was clear and clean. Friendly staff. Delicious food and good service in the restaurant.
"A face lift" would make the hotel even better. All the fittings and furniture in the rooms are in a good condition but fairly old allready. A new layer of lacker in wooden furniture would make the rooms look far better.

plenty,i did not like the service,to far from every thing,they wanted to charge me 4.500 baht to take us to go shopping.we were 2 of 6 people there,we booked for 3 nights and only stayed 1 night,would not stay again to far from every thing
no elect.jug in room to make coffee every thing about this hotel gave us the creeps

Great quiet location direct at the long beach. Nice pool in an tropical garden. The deluxe rooms have nice terrace.
To adjust the hot shower is difficult. It is very hot or cold, but warm was not possible.
The buffet in the morning is OK, but not 4 star.
We came here by car with 4 adults to celebrate new year at the beach and booked two deluxe rooms. The hotel is nice and quiet and direct at the long beach. If people like to have nice time in a quiet area, then the place is great. If somebody wants to see more around and wants to explore other restaurants,they should have a car. We found everything like we thought before and the staff was friendly and did a good job! Everything is clean.
We enjoyed the 4 days!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walking along the long beach.
It was also great to make a trip to Koh Samet Island with an Speedboat.
