Great Location , right on nice beach
Small and directly accessible to beach

Good, but management now needs to take a closer interest in all aspects of daily operations. Also, Maintenance and refurbishment sorely needed. This hotel has potential to return to its former glory but action is needed.

We stay frequently. It's a perfect location, great beach, good rooms, easy parking, good value. OK, so it needs a bit of cosmetic upgrade to the paint in some areas but don't let that put you off. You really need your own transport - good restaurants nearby, and other busier beaches nearby.

we've stayed many times. great place. nice rooms, excellent pool, pretty decent buffet breakfast for locals and foreigners alike. reasonable price. best to have your own transport to and from though. it's quiet during the week, busy at weekends.

this place has been around for a long time - maybe 20 years. it's often overlooked -- can't think why. location is good providing you have your own transport to get there. rooms are spacious. hotel layout is excellent with all rooms looking out onto pool area. it's a bit well-worn right now but nothing that a bit of maintenance and some paint wouldn't sort.

Decent hotel for families
Beautiful natral looking beach, rocks and shells to explore, nice clean pool, good food in restuarant.

This is the thirdr time we have stayed at the Palmerie as a family of 6. The rooms are nice and spacious, we got 2 connecting rooms and had plenty of space for our four kids. The rooms are quite old and alittle shabby though. Hot water and shower pressure wasn't the best. But it is a good moderately priced place to stay with a family. The food was good and not too pricey and the staff are super nice and friendly. It is a quiet beach and far from town, but we wanted a quite place for our vacation. I do wish they would rack or sweep the garbage off the beach once a day though.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is a nice waterfall and hike nearby the hotel, the hike is suitable for older kids as it is alittle steep.

Nice Xmas holiday.
The pool, the staff and the food.

When we arrived we (6 people, 3 age 70, 2 age 50 and 1 age 13) were met by very welcoming and friendly staff.
We got rooms next to each other just outside the pool.
Very few people at the hotel, we could choose whatever sunchair that we wanted at the nice big pool.
The restauant served good food, both thai and european. They always gave us very good service.
The beach was empty and it lasted for 8 km.
We were also able to use fast internet to a resonable price.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Well maintained garden and pool area. Water in the pool was clear and clean. Friendly staff. Delicious food and good service in the restaurant.

All the fittings and furniture in the rooms are in a good condition but fairly old allready. A new layer of lacker in wooden furniture would make the rooms look far better.

Da wir wegen einer Veranstaltung(Veranstalter hatte komplette Seite gebucht)das Gebäude wechseln mussten,bekamen wir Zimmer im gegenüberliegenden Bereich A.
Leider mussten wir auch hier die gleiche negative Erfahrung machen:
- Verschmutzte Matratzen
- Kaputte,dreckige Stühle
- alte Möbel...
In Zukunft werden wir dieses Hotel meiden.

Ban Phe und Überfahrt nach Ko Samet.
