we had a plan to spend a night in the hotel and to go to koh samed the next morning. when we arrived at the hotel, we decided to go directly to ban phe to catch the last ferry to the island. we didn't even enter to the hotel to do the check-in. i have no idea how the hotel looks like inside, maybe it's great, but it is in such an ugly area. it is right next to the beach, but the beach is ugly, very small, dirty and it is right next to the road.. i was very disappointed. i don't recommend staying there.

Price OK, near beach, but no public transportation

the public transportation to there is not so convenient, so we called the hotel to ask how to go. but they answered "no empty rooms now" and hang up the phone... and we called twice.
the environment there is okay, very silent. have to walk around 400~500 meters to the beach, but acceptable. breakfast is not so good, but considering the price it's okay for me. if you drive, you can go. but if not drive, it takes money for you to arrive there because no public transportation...we spent about bht for the van.
Shopping Tip:
No 7-11 around, only 1 local store near the hotel.

great location, and a great price for a rayong hotel, cheap, clean and basic but all you need , nice comfy beds, easy and quick check-in, spacious rooms too, and a good range of cheaply priced rooms, recommended for those on a small budget

many cheap resteraunts on the beach
